การศึกษาชื่อสกุลคนไทยที่เหมือนกับชื่อจังหวัด และอำเภอภาคอีสาน

Abstract

ผู้ วิจัยได้ศึกษาค้นคว้าเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลชื่อท้องถิ่นของไทยกับนามสกุลของ ประชาชนไทยจากฐานข้อมูล กรมการปกครอง กระทรวงมหาดไทย ซึ่งในบทความนี้ผู้วิจัยนำเสนอในส่วนของภาคอีสาน โดยศึกษาเปรียบเทียบชื่อท้องถิ่นกับนามสกุลในภาคอีสานพบว่า ในช่วงปี 2456 เป็นการปกครองแบบมณฑลเทศาภิบาลมณฑลภาคอีสานกับนามสกุลที่ใช้เกณฑ์ภูมิลำเนา มีนามสกุลที่ตรงกับชื่อเมืองพบ 7 นามสกุล คือ 1) ชัยภูมิ 2) บุรีรัมย์ 3) กาฬสินธุ์ 4) ขุขันธ์ 5) สุรินทร์ 6) หนองคาย 7) ขอนแก่นนามสกุลที่ตรงกับชื่อมณฑล 1 นามสกุล คือ 1) อุบลราชธานี เขตพื้นที่เมืองนครราชสีมาพบ4 นามสกุล คือ 1) ด่านขุนทด 2) โชคชัย 3) บัวใหญ่ 4) พิมาย 5) ปักธงชัย 6) สูงเนินเขตพื้นเมืองชัยภูมิพบ 1 นามสกุลคือ 1) ภูเขียวเขตพื้นเมืองบุรีรัมย์ที่พบ 2 นามสกุลคือ 1) ประโคนชัย 2) พุทไธสง เขตพื้นเมืองร้อยเอ็ดพบ 2 นามสกุลคือ 1) สุวรรณภูมิ 2) อาจสามารถ เขตพื้นเมืองสุรินทร์ พบ 1 นามสกุล คือ 1) รัตนบุรี เขตพื้นเมืองเลยพบ 1 นามสกุล คือ 1) ภูเวียงและ เขตพื้นเมืองนครพนมพบ 1 นามสกุล คือ 1) นาแก รวม 22 นามสกุล ชื่อท้องถิ่นดังกล่าวมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามการยกฐานะเป็นเมือง 20 ท้องถิ่นมี 3 ท้องถิ่นที่ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนชื่อ ได้แก่ 1) สูงเนิน 2) เพ็ญ 3) นาแก
