การสำรวจความตระหนักของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ในการก้าวสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจความตระหนักของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ในการก้าวสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนและเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตระหนักของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ในการก้าวสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน รวมทั้งนำาผลการสำรวจไปใช้พัฒนาปรับปรุงระบบการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์สำหรับกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษา ชั้นปีที่ 1 –4 ซึ่งกำลังศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวนตัวอย่าง313 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.8602 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันโปรดักส์โมเมนต์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการรับรู้เรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับการเปิดเสรีทางการศึกษาอาเซียนในปี 2558 นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่พอรู้บ้าง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 69.6 สำหรับในเรื่องมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ในปัจจุบันมีความพร้อมที่จะเข้าสู่การเปิดเสรีทางการศึกษาอาเซียนในปี 2558 มาก น้อยเพียงใด นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่คิดว่าค่อนข้างพร้อม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 62.0 และหากต้องการเพิ่มรายวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาษาที่ใช้ในการสื่อสารต้องการให้เพิ่มเกี่ยวกับภาษาใดมากที่สุดนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่คิดว่าควรเพิ่มรายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.9 รองลงมาคือภาษาจีน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 25.9 โดยการเตรียมการรับการเปิดเสรีทางการศึกษาอาเซียนในปี 2558 อย่างมืออาชีพ เรื่องที่นักศึกษาต้องการให้รีบเตรียมการมากที่สุดได้แก่ การฝึกอบรมพัฒนา ทักษะทางด้านต่างๆ ของบุคลากรและผู้เรียนเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมโดยเฉพาะเรื่องภาษาที่ใช้ในการสื่อสาร คิดเป็นร้อยละ 73.8 รองลงมาได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ต้องให้ความสำคัญด้วยการสนับสนุนและส่งเสริม อย่างจริงจัง/ถือเป็นวาระเร่งด่วน โดยกระตุ้นคณะต่างๆในการเตรียมความพร้อมคิดเป็นร้อยละ 67.1 โดย เพศ อายุ คณะที่ศึกษา อาชีพบิดา อาชีพมารดาและแหล่งข้อมูลข่าวสารที่ได้รับส่วนใหญ่ เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตระหนักโดยรวมของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ในการก้าวสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ที่ระดับนัยสำาคัญทางสถิติ 0.05

This research aimed to survey an awareness of Buriram Rajabhat University’s students in joining the ASEAN community, to examine the factors affecting the awareness of the students in joining the ASEAN community as well as to apply results from the survey to develop and improve the educational system of Buriram Rajabhat University (BRU). Sample was the 1st – 4th year students of BRU in the academic year 2011 with 313 persons of sample size. The tool used was a set of questionnaire with reliability at level of 0.8602. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square test, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The results from the study were summarized as follows : In terms of knowing about ASEAN cross-border education in the year 2015, most of the students had some knowledge, which accounted for 69.6%. Regarding levels of BRU’s readiness at the present in joining the ASEAN cross-border education in the year 2015, most of the students viewed that BRU was quite ready, which accounted for 62.0% and regarding the most required courses related to languages for communication be added to curriculum, most of the students believed that English courses should be added, which accounted for 63.9%, followed by Chinese, which accounted for 25.9%. In terms of preparing for handling with ASEAN cross-border education in the year 2015 professionally, the students would like BRU to urgently organize the following issues : trainings for developing skills of the personnel and students for getting ready, especially languages for communication, which accounted for 73.8%, followed by the issues that BRU must place its emphasis on supporting and promoting every faculty seriously, and this must be considered as an urgent agenda by motivating every faculty to get ready, which accounted for 67.1%. Whereas sex, age, faculty in which students enrolled, father’s and mother’s occupation and main sources of received information were parameters affecting overall awareness of BRU Students in joining the ASEAN community at statistical significant level of 0.05.
