การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน สำหรับครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำหรับครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างและ 2) ตรวจสอบประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำาหรับครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างดำเนินการวิจัยในลักษณะของการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research andDevelopment) โดยมีขั้นตอนการวิจัยและการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม 4 ขั้นตอนคือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาและการกำหนดโครงสร้างของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมขั้นตอนที่ 2 การร่างและการประเมินความเหมาะสมหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมและขั้นตอนที่ 4 การปรับปรุงหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำหรับครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง มีโครงสร้างของหลักสูตร 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบของหลักสูตรมี 6 ประการ คือ 1) หลักการของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม 2) วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม 3)เนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม 4) การจัดกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม 5) สื่อที่ใช้ในการฝึกอบรม และ 6) การวัดและประเมิน ผลกับแผนการฝึกอบรม มี 4 เรื่องดังนี้ การกำหนดปัญหาการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน การกำหนดนวัตกรรมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน การวางแผนการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนและการเขียนรายงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียน 2. ประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสำหรับครู โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ในแต่ละด้านปรากฏ ดังนี้ 2.1 ด้านความรู้ ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนหลังการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 2.2 ด้านเจตคติ ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนหลังการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 2.3 ด้านทักษะ ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีทักษะการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน โดยสามารถเขียนเค้าโครงวิจัยในชั้นเรียนมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี

This research aimed 1) to create the training course to improve competency of classroom research for the Primary School Teachers in the Lower Northeast, and 2) to evaluate the effectiveness of training course to improve the competency of classroom research for primary school teachers in the Lower Northeast. This research was the research and development which was divided into 4 steps as follows: step 1 was to study and establish the framework for the training course; step 2 was to draft and evaluate the appropriateness of the training course; step 3 was to check the effectiveness of the training course; step 4 was to improve the training course. The research findings were as follows: 1. The training course consisted of six components : 1) The principles of the training course, 2) The objectives of the training course, 3) The contents of the training course, 4) The organization of the training activities, 5) The materials used in the training course, 6) The evaluation and plan of the training course, which consisted of four elements : (1) Identifying the problems of conducting classroom research, (2) determining innovation for conducting classroom research, (3) Planning the classroom research, (4) Reporting results of the classroom research. 2. The effectiveness of the training course towards improving classroom research competency of primary school teachers in the Lower Northeast in each aspect was shown as follows: 2.1 Knowledge: The personnel who received training have increased more knowledge and understanding than before receiving training at a statistical significance level of .01. 2.2 Attitude: The personnel who received training had a more positive attitude towards conducting classroom research than before received training at a statistical significance level of .01. 2.3 Skills : The personnel who received training had skill in conducting classroom research by writing a good qualityof research proposal at a high level.
