การพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ เพื่อช่วยบริหารทรัพยากรอาคารและการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์เพื่อช่วย บริหารทรัพยากรอาคารและการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ บุรีรัมย์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อจัดเก็บข้อมูลภาพจากดาวเทียม ฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ภูมิศาสตร์อาคาร การใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน และสร้างแบบจำลองรูปทรง 3 มิติ อาคาร ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ เป็นการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบ ภูมิสารสนเทศ โดย ใช้ภาพจากดาวเทียม Quickbird 2 ถ่ายเมื่อเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2554 ด้วย กระบวนการจำแนกด้วยสายตา จากนั้นทำการสำรวจข้อมูลกายภาพ นำเข้าข้อมูล เชิงพื้นที่และข้อมูล เชิงคุณลักษณะ ได้แก่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการก่อสร้างอาคาร ความ กว้างยาวอาคาร อายุการใช้งานอาคาร ระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย ระบบทำความเย็น ภายในอาคาร และระบบขนส่งในแนวดิ่ง เมื่อจัดทำข้อมูลระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ เรียบร้อย จึงจำลองอาคารและสภาพแวดล้อมในรูปทรง 3 มิติ ผลการศึกษาสามารถนำฐานข้อมูลระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ไปใช้เพื่อ บริหารจัดการทรัพยากรอาคารทั้งการซ่อมบำรุงและการติดตั้งระบบสาธารณูปโภค ของมหาวิทยาลัย เช่น ตำแหน่งหัวจ่ายนํ้าดับเพลิง ทางระบายนํ้า ไฟฟ้า ไฟส่องสว่าง ระบบท่อประปา รวมไปถึงการวางแผนในการสร้างอาคารและระบบสาธารณูปโภค นับเป็นการบูรณาการข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่แบบ 2 มิติและข้อมูลแบบ 3 มิติ เพื่อใช้เป็นสื่อ ประกอบในการวางแผนและตัดสินใจได้เป็นอย่างดี

The research on development of a geographic information system database for facility management and land use at Buriram Rajabhat University proposed to input the data from the satellite imagery, geographic information systems database of the building and land use to create a prototype 3D model of the building at Buriram Rajabhat University. It was application of Geo-information system database using image from Quick Bird 2 satellite undertaken on February 2010 through the Visual interpretation system. The researcher used the physical survey to input the spatial data and attribute data such as materials for construction, the width and the length of the building, estimate useful life of the building, fire protection system, air condition system and vertical transport system. When these data were input in the geographic information system, then the prototype of building and environment in 3D model was designed by the researcher. The results of the research revealed that the geographic information system database could be applied to facility management in respect of repair, maintaining, and fixing of the public utility of University such as position of fire hydrant collecting head, drain, electricity, lights, water supply system, including planning for building construction and public utility. It was integration of spatial data in a 2D and 3D model to be used as media for planning and decision making as well.
