การพัฒนาแบบวัดทักษะการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และผู้นำชุมชนที่บริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบวัดทักษะการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและ ผู้นำชุมชนที่บริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้นำ ชุมชนจำนวน 510 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ (Content Analysis) และเชิงปริมาณโดย การหาค่าสถิติ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ค่าความเชื่อมั่น และเกณฑ์ปกติของแบบวัดด้วยคะแนนที ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาพิจารณาความสอดคล้อง (IOC) ระหว่างข้อคำถามกับคุณลักษณะมีค่าตั้งแต่ 0.70 ถึง 1.00 อำนาจจำแนกรายข้อมีค่าสถิติที (t-value) อยู่ในช่วง 2.96-12.52 ทักษะการบริหารความขัดแย้งมีค่าสถิติทีอยู่ใน ช่วง 2.26–11.76 และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ความเชื่อมั่นของแบบวัดมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.80 เกณฑ์ปกติของแบบวัด มีคะแนน T ปกติตั้งแต่ T21 ถึง T79

The purpose of this research was to develop the conflict management skills test of school principals and community leaders according to good governance approach. The population and sample of this research consisted of 510 school principals and Community leaders. Qualitative data were analyzed by Content Analysis and Quantitative data were analyzed by using statistics such as percentage, discrimination, reliability and Normalized T-Score. The findings of the study showed that the content validity as derived from a consideration of item–objective congruence (IOC) ranged from 0.70-1.00. The discrimination values of good government test ranged from 2.96-12.52 and conflict management skills test ranged from 2.26-11.76 and related at the .05 level of statistical significance for all items. The reliability value of the test is 0.80. The norms of the test showed normal T scores from T21 to T79.
