การพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลผ้าไหมทอมือของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบ ฐานข้อมูลผ้าไหมทอมือของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนจังหวัด บุรีรัมย์ 2) เพื่อจัดทำาเว็บไซต์ระบบฐานข้อมูลผ้าไหมทอมือ ของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ในรูปแบบพาณิชย์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์(e-Commerce)และ3)เพื่อศึกษาความพึง พอใจของผู้ใช้ฐานข้อมูลผ้าไหมทอมือของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงผสมประกอบ ด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพซึ่งมีกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ร้านค้าที่จำาหน่ายผ้าไหมในงานแสดงสินค้าโอทอป (OTOP) ผ้าไหมบุรีรัมย์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์จำานวน 13 ร้าน ซึ่ง มาจากกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผ้าไหมทอมือจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ส่วน เชิงปริมาณเป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีการ เลือกแบบเจาะจง ได้กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผ้าไหมทอมือที่มี ความเข้มแข็งในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์และมีความพร้อมทางด้านไอ ซีที(ICT)จำานวน6กลุ่มและสำานักงานเกษตรจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ การศึกษาใช้วิธีการรวบรวมข้อมูลปฐมภูมิและข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและจัดประชุมกลุ่มย่อยโดยมีผู้ ใช้ประโยชน์จากฐานข้อมูลผ้าทอพื้นเมืองเป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และนำาข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบเพื่อสร้าง ฐานข้อมูลต่อจากนั้นผู้วิจัยได้จัดการอบรมเพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ ความรู้การจัดระบบฐานข้อมูลการปรับปรุงแก้ไขข้อมูลและ การเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายกับองค์กรสำานักงานเกษตรจังหวัด บุรีรัมย์ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางในการประสานและสื่อสารกับกลุ่ม วิสาหกิจชุมชนผ้าไหมทอมือ ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า1)การวิเคราะห์และออกแบบ ระบบฐานข้อมูลผ้าไหมทอมือของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผ้าไหม ทอมือจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ มีขั้นตอนการพัฒนาแบ่งออกเป็น (1) การศึกษาปัญหาของระบบเดิม (2) การวิเคราะห์ระบบงาน ใหม่ (3) การออกแบบ (4) การพัฒนาและ (5) การทดสอบ ระบบอาศัยข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผ้า ไหมทอมือระบบฐานข้อมูลต้องมีรายละเอียดหลักประกอบ ด้วย (1) รหัสผลิตภัณฑ์ (2) ผลิตภัณฑ์ (3) ราคา/หน่วย (4) รายละเอียดผลิตภัณฑ์ (5) ประเภทผลิตภัณฑ์ (6) ได้รับ รางวัล (7) ระดับดาว (8) สถานที่จำาหน่าย ติดต่อ (9) ชื่อ เจ้าผลิตภัณฑ์ (10) ประวัติความเป็นมาของผลิตภัณฑ์ (11) วัตถุดิบที่ใช้2)จัดทำาเว็บไซต์ผ้าไหมทอมือของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจ ชุมชนผ้าไหมทอมือจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์เพื่อให้ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าถึงข้อมูล ในรูปแบบพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์เชื่อมกับระบบฐานข้อมูล ผ้าไหมทอมือประกอบด้วย (1) สมุดเยี่ยม (2) กระดานข่าว (3) แบบสำารวจ (4) จำานวนผู้เข้าชม (5) ห้องสนทนา และ (6) เนื้อหาโฆษณา และ 3) ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของ ผู้ใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลผ้าไหมทอมือของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็น รายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านและเรียงลำาดับค่า เฉลี่ย 3 ลำาดับแรกคือ ด้านเนื้อหา ด้านการออกแบบหน้า จอฐานข้อมูล และด้านการสืบค้นข้อมูลในรูปแบบพาณิชย์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ตามลำาดับ

The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop the hand-woven Thai silk database of community enterprises in Buriram Province; 2) to create the web site of hand-woven Thai silk database of the community enterprises in the form of e-Commerce; and 3) to examine the satisfaction of the database users in using the database. This research was the mixed methods research: aqualitative research and quantitative research. The target group consisted of 13 OTOP shops which selling their products in Buriram Silk Trade Fair, and they were from the hand-woven Thai silk community enterprises in Buriram Province. The quantitative research was an experimental research. The sample group of this experimental research was selected by using the purposive sampling method, namely 6 hand-woven Thai silk community enterprises which posse strength and readiness for ICT and Buriram Provincial Agricultural Extension Office. This study was done by collecting primary data and secondary data via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The database beneficiaries were the target group. The collected data were analyzed and designed the database system. After that, the researcher had organized the training to transfer the body of knowledge concerning the database system management, the data update, and how to link the network to Buriram Provincial Agricultural Extension Office which takes the role as the center for coordination and communication with hand-woven Thai silk community enterprises. The results of the study were summarized as follows.1)The analysis and design of hand-woven Thai silk database system for community enterprises in Buriram Province in the development step was divided into stages as follows:(1) studying the problem of the original system, (2) analyzing the new system, (3) designing, (4) developing the system, and (5) testing the system. From the interviews, the users pointed out that the database system must consist of the core information,namely 1) product codes, 2) product names ,3) price/unit, 4) product description, 5) product categories, 6) award received, 7) star/s of quality level, 8) selling locations and contact information, 9) manufacturer names, 10) the history or story of the products, and 11) the raw materials used. 2) The website that was created so the interested people can access the data in the form of e-Commerce linked with the database consisted of 1) a guestbook, 2) a web board, 3) polls, 4) the number of visitors, 5) chat room, and 6) advertisement content. 3) In terms of the satisfaction of the users, the users were satisfied with the database system provided as a whole at a high level. When considering in each aspect, it was found that every aspect was rated at a high level. The first three highest average aspects were the content, the design/display of information on the screen of the database, and the searching for information in form of e-Commerce respectively.
