การพัฒนาระบบประเมินผลวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการประเมินผลวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป รวมถึงพัฒนาและศึกษาประสิทธิผล ของระบบประเมินผลวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบหลายวิธี (Multiple Methodology) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า นักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นต่อการปฏิบัติงานด้านการวัดและประเมินผลของอาจารย์ผู้สอนวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยรวม 3.27 อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง ระบบประเมินผลวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม ประกอบด้วย ดัชนีบ่งชี้คุณภาพ 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ และ 16 เกณฑ์ ได้แก่ ตัวบ่งชี้ ที่ 1 การวางแผนการวัดและประเมินผล ประกอบด้วย 6 เกณฑ์ ตัวบ่งชี้ที่ 2 การดำเนินการวัดผล ประกอบด้วย 7 เกณฑ์ และตัวบ่งชี้ที่ 3 การประเมินผล ประกอบด้วย 3 เกณฑ์ ผลการ ประเมินประสิทธิผลของตัวบ่งชี้และระบบฯ พบว่า ดัชนีบ่งชี้คุณภาพมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกข้อ ยกเว้น เพียงข้อเดียวที่อยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการประเมินประสิทธิผลของระบบฯ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน โดยมาตรฐาน ด้านการใช้ประโยชน์ (Utility Standards) และมาตรฐานด้านความถูกต้อง (Accuracy Standards) มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมสูง ที่สุด ( = 4.65) รองลงมาคือ มาตรฐานด้านความเหมาะสม (Propriety Standards) ( = 4.63) และมาตรฐานด้านความ เป็นไปได้ (Feasibility Standards) ( = 4.60) ตามลำดับ และผลการประเมินระดับการเปลี่ยนแปลงคุณลักษณะของกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างตามการกระจายความรับผิดชอบมาตรฐานผลการเรียนรู้รายวิชา (Curriculum Mapping) พบว่า มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด ( = 4.55)

The purposes of this study were to study the assessment status of the General Education Courses, to develop the assessment system and to examine the assessment system’s effectiveness of the General Education Courses of Nakhon Phanom University. This study used multiple methodology. The findings were as follows: the students’ opinions mean towards the operations on measurement and assessment of the instructors who taught the General Education Courses was at 3.27 which was at the medium level. The General Education Course assessment system consisted of 3 quality indicators and 16 criteria: the first indicator was the planning of measurement and assessment with 6 criteria, the second indicator was the implementation of measurement with 7 criteria, and the third indicator with 3 criteria. The results of the examining of the indicators and criterion effectiveness of the assessment system were found that all items of the quality indicators were appropriate at the highest level except only one item that was at a high level. The effectiveness assessment results were found that all aspects were at the highest level. The aspects of Utility Standards and Accuracy Standards possessed the highest mean ( = 4.65). The second was the aspect of Propriety Standards ( = 4.63). The third was the aspect of Feasibility Standards ( = 4.60), respectively. And the assessment results of the changing level of the samples’characteristics as the Curriculum Mapping for the learning outcome standard responsibility in the course were overall at the highest level ( = 4.55).
