ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลิกภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการทำงานเป็นทีมในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 3

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับบุคลิกภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาการทำงานเป็นทีมในสถานศึกษาและเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลิกภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการทำงานเป็นทีมในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 3 จำนวน 331 คนซึ่งได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกนจากนั้นทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นโดยแบ่งเป็น 2 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามตรวจสอบรายการและแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าซึ่งแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับบุคลิกภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีค่าความเชื่อมั่น. 94 และการทำงานเป็นทีมมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น. 92 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บุคลิกภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือการแสดงตัว รองลงมาคือ การมีมโนสำนึกต่อหน้าที่การงาน ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุดคือ ความหวั่นไหวทางอารมณ์ 2. การทำงานเป็นทีมในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ การประสานงานและความร่วมมือตามลำดับ 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลิกภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการทำงานเป็นทีมในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 3 พบว่า โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ. 01 ซึ่งมีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก (r = 0. 870) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ. 01 ทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันมากที่สุดคือบุคลิกภาพด้านการประนีประนอมกับการทำงานเป็นทีมด้านการประสานงาน ส่วนด้านที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันน้อยที่สุดคือ บุคลิกภาพด้านความหวั่นไหวทางอารมณ์กับการทำงานเป็นทีมด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร

This research aimed 1)to study the school administrators' personality level and teamwork in schools and 2)to investigate the relationship between school administrators personality and teamwork in schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The samples used in this study were 331 teachers in schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, derived through Krejcie and Morgan's sample-size table and then selected by using Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with two parts including checklist and rating scale. The questionnaire about school administrators personality and teamwork in school the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.94 and 0.92. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficients. The results of the research were as follows: 1. The school administrators' personality in schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 overall were at a high level. When considering in each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. The extraversion aspect had the highest mean score, followed by duty conscientiousness aspect, whereas the neuroticism aspect had the lowest mean score. 2. Team work in schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 overall was at a high level. When considering in each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. The communication aspect had the highest mean score, followed by the coordination aspect, and collaboration aspect, respectively. 3. The relationship between school administrators' personality and teamwork in schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 overall was in a positive direction at the statistical significance of .01 level with highest correlation (r = 0.870). When considering in each aspect, it was found that the relationship was in a positive direction at the statistical significance of .01 level. The aspects with the highest correlation were the school administrators' personality aspect and the agreeableness aspect which was correlated with teamwork aspect and coordination aspect. The least correlation aspects were the school administrators' personality in neuroticism aspect and teamwork in communication aspect.
