การมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อการศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด ใน 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการป้องกัน ด้านการคัดกรองค้นหา ด้านการดูแลช่วยเหลือและรักษา ด้านการเฝ้าระวัง และด้านการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ชั้นปีที่ 1-3 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 370 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วน 6 ระดับ และแบบสัมภาษณ์โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบสอบถาม 0.806 แบบสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 22 คน ใช้การิเคราะห์โดยอุปมาน ส่วนข้อมูลจากการตอบแบบสอบถามใช้การวอเคราะห์ด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยการวิเคราะห์ค่า t-test Independent และ F-test เมื่อพบความแตกต่างจะทำการเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ โยวิธีการของเชฟฟ่า โดยกำหนดค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ในการป้องกันและแก้ปัญหายาเสพติด โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการเฝ้าระวังในระดับปานกลาง ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันอยู่ในระดับมาก นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด จำแนกตามเพศ โดยภาพรวมและรายข้อ ไม่แตกต่าง 3. ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด จำแนกตามชั้นปี โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.1 4. จากการสัมภาษณ์ในแต่ละด้าน พบว่า 1) ด้านการป้อนข้อมูล มหาวิทยาลัยควรส่งเสริมกิจกรรมในการป้องกันและเฝ้าระวังยาเสพติดในมหาวิทยาลัยให้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเรียนการสอน 2) ด้านการคัดกรองค้นหา ควรให้ความสำคัญสำหรับนักศึกษาเป็นพิเศษเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เยาวชนเหล่านี้มีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยง 3) ด้านการดูแลช่วยเหลือและรักษา ควรดูอย่างทั่วถึงและทุกมิติ 4) ด้านเฝ้าระวัง ควรมีการดำเนินการในด้านการเฝ้าระวังนักศึกษาที่มีพฤติกรรมเกี่ยวข้องกับยาเสพติดอย่างเคร่งคัด 5) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ควรสนับสนุนงบประมาณในกรพัฒนานักศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่องในการต่อต้านยาเสพติด

The purposes of this research was to investigate students’ Participation in the prevention and resolution towards drug abuse at Burirum Rajabhat University In five aspects : the Participation in protection, screening, supporting, and management. The were 370 freshman, sophomore and junior students at Burirum Rajabhat University, in the 2nd semester at semester at academic year 2015. They were classified by stratified sampling and simple random sampling by drawing lost. The research instruments were a 6-rating scale questionnaire and interview with the reliability of 0.806. The statistics used for interview was inductive method and questionnaire were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by Independent sample t-test and F-test. When the significant differences were found, Scheffe’ method was used. The statistical significance was at .05 level. The results of study revealed as follow : 1. The students’ Participation in the prevention and resolution towards drug abuse at Burirum Rajabhat University in overall was at a moderate level. When considering each aspect. It showed that the drug prevention was at a high level and was followed by drug Protection, respectively. 2. Particpation of the student with different genders in the prevention and resolution toward drug abuse at Burirum Rajabhat University in overall and each aspects was not found different. 3. Particpation of the student with different academic year in the prevention and resolution towards drug abuse at Burirum Rajabhat University classified by year in overall and each aspect was stasistically significant different at level of .01. 4.The data obtained from the interview showed that: 1) For protection, the activities for prevention and awaring drug abuse at the instructional lesson. 2) For screening, the students, important should be taken into account for prevention them the risk of using drug. 3) For assistance, they should be assisted in all steps and dimensions. 4) for management, the budget for developing the students in order to prevent drug use should be supported continuously.
