รูปแบบคุณลักษณะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสุจริตสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสุจริตสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) สร้างรูปแบบคุณลักษณะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสุจริตสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมความเป็นไปได้และประโยชน์การนำไปใช้รูปแบบคุณลักษณะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสุจริตสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานการวิจัยประกอบ 4 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) การศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสุจริตสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) การสร้างรูปแบบคุณลักษณะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสุจริตสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 3) การนำรูปแบบไปทดลองใช้กับโรงเรียน 3 โรงเรียนและ 4) การประเมินรับรองรูปแบบคุณลักษณะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสุจริตสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 15 คนกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาครูและบุคลากรและคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนสุจริตแกนนำจำนวน 633 คนได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจงในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลจากการศึกษาสามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้ คุณลักษณะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสุจริตสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานประกอบไปด้วย 3 คุณลักษณะคือการครองตนการครองคนและการครองงาน 7 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลิกภาพด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมด้านนักเรียนด้านครูและบุคลากรด้านผู้ปกครองและชุมชนด้านวิชาการและด้านการบริหารจัดการ 2. รูปแบบคุณลักษณะผู้น่าของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสุจริต ประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วนคือ 1) สร้างความตระหนักรับรู้ 2) เรียนรู้และพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย การประเมินตนเองก่อนการพัฒนาวัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหาสาระกิจกรรม การประเมินตนเองหลังการพัฒนา และการพัฒนา 3) แนะสาระการนำไปใช้และ 4) เงื่อนไขการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ 3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบซึ่งตรวจสอบโดยผู้คุณวุฒิ 15 คนในด้านความเหมาะสมความเป็นไปได้ และประโยชน์การนำไปใช้ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คำสำคัญ: รูปแบบคุณลักษณะผู้นำ โรงเรียนสุจริต

The purposes of this research were 1) to study leadership characteristic models of upright school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, 2) to create the leadership characteristic models of the school administrators under this office, and 3) to evaluate the suitability, the possibility, and the utilization of the leadership characteristic models of upright school administrators under this office. This research consisted of four steps: step 1 for studying the leadership characteristics of the upright school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, step 2 for creating the leadership characteristic models of the school administrators under this office, step 3 for applying the models to try out three schools, and step 4 for evaluating and certifying the leadership characteristic models of the school administrators under this office by 15 experts. The Suniples consisted of 633 respondents who were school administrators, teachers and staffs, school committee, and leaders of uprightschools in the lower northeastern areas, selected by purposive random sampling rnethod. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results can be summarized as follows: 1.Leadership characteristics of the upright school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission consisted of three characteristics: people-managing, self managing and task-managing, including seven aspects, namely personality, morality and ethics, student, teacher and staff, parents and community, academic, and management. 2. Leadership characteristics of thic upright school administrators consisted of four parts: 1) raising awareness, 2) learning and developing: self-evaluation before development, objectives, contents, activities, self-evaluation after development, and redevelopment, 3) application, and 4) conditions for applying the models, 3. The results of evaluating the models examined by 15 experts in the aspects of the suitability, the possibility, and the utilization were at the highest level in overall and each aspect.
