กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดเข้านักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 4

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษบุรีรัมย์เขต 4 ใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการตรวจสอบสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ ค้านการปฏิบัติตามกลยุทธ์ และค้านการควบคุมและการประเมินกลยุทธ์เปรียบเทียบกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการทั้ง 4 ด้านจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษาและวิเคราะห์กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ค รจำนวน 322 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดตามกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเคร จซีและมอร์แกน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพื่อใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 4 จํานวน 5 คนใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0. 947 และแบบสัมภาษณ์การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการตอบแบบสอบถามใช้สถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการทดสอบค่าเอฟ และวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ส่วนการสัมภาษณ์ใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าด้านการวางแผนกลยุทธ์อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการตรวจสอบสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านการนำกลยุทธ์ไปปฏิบัติและด้านการควบคุมและการประเมินกลยุทธ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 4 พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ. 05 โดยครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ผลการวิเคราะห์กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 4 ประกอบด้วย วิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ เป้าประสงค์ และกลยุทธ์ 3 ระดับ 11 กลยุทธ์

This research aimed study the state of academic management strategies of school administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, consisting of four aspects: environmental monitoring, strategy planning, strategy implementation, strategy control and evaluation, to compare academic management strategies in four aspects, classified by size of school, and to analyze academic administration strategies. The sample was 322 teachers obtained by specifying the representative sample according to the tables of Krejcie and Morgan and using stratified sampling methods. Five experts for interview were school administrators from 5 schools of Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, selected by purposive sampling method. The tools used to collect the data were the questionnaire with the reliability of 0,947 and the interview form. The statistics used for questionnaires were frequency, percent, standard deviation, F-test and Scheffe's method. The content analysis was used for the interview. The findings of this research were found that: 1) the strategy academic administration of school administrators t the moderate level Considering each aspect, according to the teachers' opinions was overall it showed that strategy planning was at the high level while environmental monitoring, strategy the moderate level; 2 ) the comparison of implementation, strategy control and evaluation were the teachers' opinions about academic management strategies of school administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 showed that it was significantly different at the statistical level of 05 while the opinions of teachers who work in schools in different size about the academic management strategies of school administrators were significantly different at the statistical level of 05; and 3 ) the results of analyzing the strategy academic administration of school administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 consist consisted of vision, mission, goal, and 3-level strategy including 11 strategies
