ทักษะการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์เขต 3

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบทักษะการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์เขต 3 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการบริหารสถานศึกษา และขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้จากการสุ่มตามระดับชั้นอย่างมีสัดส่วน เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 148 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบตรวจสอบรายการแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับและแบบปลายเปิด ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.964 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียวและทดสอบรายคู่ ตามวิธีการของเซฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเกี่ยวกับทักษะการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเกี่ยวกับทักษะการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์เขต 3 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการบริหารสถานศึกษา ทั้งโดยรวมและรายค้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ. 05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทักษะด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์และการคิดสร้างสรรค์ ทักษะด้านการแก้ปัญหา ทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร ทักษะด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีและดิจิทัลทักษะด้านการตัดสินมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทักษะด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ. 05 ส่วนด้านอื่นไม่แตกต่างกัน

This research aimed to study and compare 21st century administration skills of the administrators in basic education schools under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by school administration experience and school sizes. The samples in this study were 148 school administrators, selected by proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire consisting of three parts: checklist, five rating scale, and open-ended questions. The questionnaire reliability was 0.964. Statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) techniques, and Scheffé's method of paired comparison was utilized. The research results were as follows: the school administrators' opinions toward 21st century administration skills of the administrators in basic education schools under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 as a whole were at high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at high level 2) a comparison of school administrators' opinions toward 21st century administration skills of the administrators in basic education schools under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by school administration experience, as a whole and in each aspect, were not different, and classified by school size, as a whole were different at a statistically significant level of .05. When considering each aspect, it was found that critical thinking skills, creative thinking skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, teamwork skills, digital and technology skills, achievement motivation skills, and ethics and moral skills were different at a statistically significant level of.05, whereas the other aspects were not different.
