การพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารงานด้านการเงินและบัญชีของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานด้านการเงินและบัญชีในปัจจุบันของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์และแนวทางในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานด้านการเงินและบัญชีของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ผู้บริหารจำนวน 17 คนและครูโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในเขตอำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์จำนวน 242 คนรวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 259 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ หาค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสภาพการบริหารงานด้านการเงินและบัญชีในปัจจุบันของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์โดยรวมและรายค้านอยู่ในระดับมากโดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือด้านงานการเงินและบัญชีรองลงมาคือด้านงบประมาณด้านการกำกับและติดตามด้านการบริการและด้านการบริหารบุคคลมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดและแนวทางในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานด้านการเงินและบัญชีของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ควรบรรจุแผนการจัดอบรมหรือการสัมมนาการฝึกทักษะความรู้ความสามารถให้กับบุคลากรขององค์กรโดยเน้นที่ความต้องการเป็นรายบุคคลควรส่งเสริมให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้วยการศึกษากฎระเบียบข้อบังคับให้ความสนใจและบริหารเรื่องความขัดแย้งภายในองค์กรควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์และความผูกพันในองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่อง

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the current state of finance and accounting of the private schools, primary level in Muang Buriram District and (2) to examine the way to develop finance and accounting management of the private schools, primary level in Muang Buriram District. A total of 259 participants which included 17 administrators and 242 teachers of the primary level schools in Muang Buriram District filled their questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed by using Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. The findings revealed that the current state of the finance and accounting administration of the private schools, primary level in Muang Buriram District both in overall and individual aspects were at a high level. The highest average was the finance and accounting, followed by the budgeting, the monitoring, and the service, respectively. It was found that the lowest average was the Human Resource Management. For the development of the finance and accounting administration of the private schools, primary level in Muang Buriram District, plans for training or seminar and skills improvement for the members in the organization should be contained which focused on their needs. Moreover, the organization should support and acknowledge them to be aware of the rules of their own organization and emphasized on conflict management within the organization. In addition, the organization should support good relationship and organizational commitment among the members.
