บทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในการส่งสงเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของผู้สอน ในสหวิทยาเขตประโคนชัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 32

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อการศึกษาบทบาทและแนวทางพัฒนาการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูผู้สอนในสหวิทยาเขตประโคนชัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 32 โดยการสุ่มตามระดับชั้นอย่างมีสัดส่วน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 232 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .96 และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูและผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูผู้สอน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการส่งเสริมวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูผู้สอน ในสหวิทยาเขตประโคนชัย สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 32 คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนควรส่งเสริมนโยบาย ข้อกำหนดการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมให้ครูทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในโครงการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมให้ครูทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในโครงการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และมีการการกำหนดแผนการนิเทศ กับกำ ติดตาม ประเมินผล และส่งเสริมนำผลการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนไปใช้ในการวางแผนปรับปรุงการเรียนการสอน
