ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษา 1) ระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา 2) ระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ตัวแทนชุมชน ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ในปีการศึกษา 2559 จาก 58 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 331 คน จำแนกเป็นตัวแทนชุมชน จำนวน 85 คน ครู จำนวน 246 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 331 คน โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.879 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ว่า 1. คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านวิชาการ รองลงมา คือ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านภาวะผู้นำ 2. การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยรวมและรายได้อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติงาน รองลงมา คือ การมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of desired characteristics, the instructional leadership and the leadership moral of school administrators. 2) the level of participation of the community in Educational Management under the Jurisdiction of Provincial Administrative Organization and 3) The Relationship between the Desired Characteristics of School administrators and the Participation of the Community in Educational Management under the Jurisdiction of Provincial Administrative Organization. The sample group consisted of community leaders, the teachers who taught in the school of Educational Management under the Jurisdiction of Provincial Administrative Organization from 58 schools; 85 community leaders and 246 teachers totaling 331 persons. They were selected by means of the stratified random Sampling. The instrument for data collecting was questionnaire with a five-level Likert Scale, which yielded the reliability value of .879. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean. The hypotheses were tested by Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results revealed that. 1. The desired characteristics under the Jurisdiction of Provincial Administrative Organization found that in overall and each aspect were at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that academic administration was at a high level, the next was the desired characteristics, and the least was leadership. 2. The participation of the community of school under the Jurisdiction of Provincial Administrative Organization in overall and each aspect was at a high a level Considering each aspect, it was found that the participation engaged in the work was at a high level. The minor was the participation for benefit and the least was decision making. 3. The Relationship between the Desired Characteristics of School administrators and the Participation of the Community in Educational Management under the Jurisdiction of Provincial Administrative Organization was in positive relation at statistically significant of .0.1
