สภาพการบริหารการศึกษาขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารการศึกษาขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ตามความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการและพนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่นจำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่ง และประสบการณ์การทำงาน ประชากรเป็นข้าราชการและพนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่นประจำปี 2560 จำนวน 254 คนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้จากการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของ เครจซี่ และ มอร์แกนจำนวน 152 คนแล้วสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามสถานภาพตำแหน่งเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบตรวจสอบรายการแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับและแบบปลายเปิดที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0. 969 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการและพนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารการศึกษาขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์โดยรวมและรายค้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการและพนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารการศึกษาขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่งทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการและพนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่นตำแหน่งสายงานผู้บริหารเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารการศึกษาขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์มีประสบการณ์การทำงานแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมและรายค้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกันและความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการและพนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่นตำแหน่งสายงานผู้ปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารการศึกษาขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์มีประสบการณ์การทำงานแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

This research aimed to study and to compare the Educational Administration of Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Buriram Province according to the opinions of government officials and local employees classified by position status and work experience. The population were government officials and local employees in 2017 totaling 254 people. The sample were 152 people using table of Krejcie and Morgan selected by Stratified Random sampling. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire consisting of three parts: checklist, five rating scale, and open-ended questions. The questionnaire reliability was 0. 969. Statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) techniques. The research results were as follows: 1) The opinions of the government officials and the local employees toward the Educational Administration of Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Buriram Province as a whole were at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. 2) The opinions of the government officials and the local employees toward the Educational Administration of Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Buriram Province, classified by position status, in overall and each aspect were not different. 3) The opinions of the government officials and the local employees is Executive position toward the Educational Administration of Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Buriram Province, classified by experience, in overall and each aspect were not different, and the opinions of the government officials and the local employees on working position toward the Educational Administration of Subdistrict Administrative Organizations in Buriram Province, classified by experience, in overall and each aspect were not different .
