สภาพปัญหาการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อสุขภาพในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสภาพปัญหาการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อสุขภาพในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องจำแนกเป็น 1) รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษา 2) ผู้อำนวยการกองพัฒนานักศึกษา 3) หัวหน้าฝ่ายกีฬา 4) ผู้จัด กิจกรรม 5) นักศึกษา/บุคลากรการไดม้าซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) โดยแบ่งตามภูมิภาคที่ต้องแบ่งได้เป็น 5กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ3 มหาวิทยาลัย ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 15 มหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยละ 5คน รวมเป็น 75คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (Content Validity) โดยวิเคราะห์หาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC : Item Objective Congruence) และทำการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive Statistics)ผลการวิจิยังพบว่าจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 75คน ส่วน ใหญ่ เป็นเพศชายจำนวน 58คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ77.3ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามไม่มีวุฒิการศึกษาใน สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา/สาขาวิชา วิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาหรือสาขาวิชาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 44 คน คิดเป็น ร้อยละ58.7 มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1-5 ปีจำนวน 39 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ52 มีงบประมาณด้าน กีฬาเพื่อสุขภาพและนันทนาการน้อยกว่า 5ล้านบาท/ปี จำนวน 57 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ76.1ระดับ ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับ สภาพปัญหาการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อสุขภาพในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในมหาวิทยาลัย ราชภัฏแบ่งออกเป็นด้านต่างๆ ดังต่อไปนี้1) ด้านบุคลากร 2) ด้านงบประมาณ 3) ด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ สถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความ 4) ด้านการจัดการ ซึ่งทุกด้านมีสภาพปัญหาการจัดการกีฬาเพื่อสุขภาพอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง (����̅=3.18, S.D.=1.18), (����̅=3.30, S.D.=1.12), (����̅=3.34, S.D.=1.10), (����̅=3.29, S.D.=1.06) ตามลำดับ

This survey research aimed to investigate stakeholders’ opinions about circumstance of the problems of health sports management in Rajabhat Universities. The stakeholders involved with this issue consisted of 1) Vice President of Students Affairs, 2) Director of the Department of Students Affairs, 3) Head of Sports Section, 4) Activity Organizer, and 5) Students/ Personnel. The samples were selected through stratified random sampling into five groups based on regional location. Each group included 3 universities, covered totally 15 universities and 75 people altogether. The instruments used for data collection was the questionnaire analyzed for Content Validity and Item Objective Congruence (IOC) from 0.6 up. The data were then analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results of the research revealed that most of the samples were males (58 from 75 samples) or 77.3%. Forty-four samples or 58.7% had no education qualifications in Physical Education, Sports Science, or other related fields. Thirty-nine samples or 52% had 1-5 years of working experience. Fifty-seven samples or 76.1% had the budget for health sports and recreation management less than five million baht per year. For the level of opinions towards the circumstance of the problems of health sports management in Rajabhat Universities, it was found that the circumstance of the management of all aspects of 1) man, 2) money, 3) materials, place and facilities, and 4) management was at the same level, the medium level, with the mean and standard deviation at (����̅=3.18, S.D.=1.18), (����̅=3.30, S.D.=1.12), (����̅=3.34, S.D.=1.10)and (����̅=3.29, S.D.=1.06) respectively.
