dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการ จัดรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินที่เหมาะสมของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม จำนวน 220 คน จากการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบสามารถแบ่งตัวแปรความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรที่มีต่อรูปแบบการบริหาร จัดการทรัพย์สินเชิงธุรกิจที่เหมาะสมได้เป็น 2 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ธรรมาภิบาล และการบริหารจัดการ ซึ่งสามารถอธิบายความผันผวนของตัวแปรทั้งหมดได้ร้อยละ 53.025 และ 13.402 ตามลำดับ"	en_US
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this research aimed to analyze the exploratory factors affecting the appropriate model of property administration of Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University. The samples were 220 personnel from Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University. Regarding to the elements analysis showed that the variables of opinions of the personnel towards the model of business property administration were divided into 2 factors; good governance and management. These could explain the volatility of all variables for 53.025 and 13.402 in respectively	en_US
