dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานและลูกจ้าง สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลละหานทราย อำเภอละหานทราย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ใน 6 ด้าน ประกอบไปด้วยด้านนโยบายและการบริหาร ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา ด้านเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ ด้านความเสมอภาคในหน่วยงาน และด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชากร ได้แก่ พนักงานและลูกจ้างสังกัดเทศบาลละหานทราย อำเภอละหานทราย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 95 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 3 ลักษณะ คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.9022 สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ปัจจัยโดยภาพรวมมีผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานและลูกจ้าง สังกัดเทศบาลละหานทราย อำเภอละหานทราย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงานและด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการปฏิบัติงาน อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงลำดับจากด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยจากสูงไปหาต่ำ ดังนี้ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ ด้านความเสมอภาคในหน่วยงาน ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา และด้านนโยบายและการบริหาร ตามลำดับ 2.ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่น ๆ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คือ ควรพิจารณาความดีความชอบในหน่วยงานให้เป็นไปอย่างเสมอภาคและเป็นธรรม และควรมีเครื่องมือ และอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัยในการปฏิบัติงานอย่างเพียงพอ ตามลำดับ	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purpose of this research was to investigate the factors affecting the operational motivation of staff and employees in Lahansai Subdistrict Municipality, Lahansai District, Buriram Province in 6 aspects : policy and administration, colleague relation, superior relation, salary and welfares, institution equality, and operational environment. The samples were 95 staff and employees. The research instrument used for collecting the data was a 3-part questionnaire, including check list, 5-rating scale, and open-ended form with its reliability at 0.9022. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings were as follows: 1. The factors affecting the operational motivation of staff and employees in Lahansai Subdistrict Municipality, Lahansai District, Buriram Province as a whole were at “high” levels. When considering at each aspect, it was found that colleague relation, and operational environment were at "high" levels; whereas, the rest aspects were at “moderate” levels. The ranking from the highest to the lowest mean scores were colleague relation, operational environment, salary and welfare, institution equality, superior relation, and policy and administration, respectively. 2. The additional opinions and suggestions with the highest percentages were the activities should be operated for making relationship among colleagues, followed by the job progression and promotion should be considered in the institution equally and fairly, and the modern instruments and to in operating their works should be provided efficiently.	en_US
