dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานของเทศบาลตำบลสำใหม่ อำเภอละหารทราย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ใน 3ด้านคือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการดำเนินงาน และด้านการติดตามตรวจสอบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มจากประชากร โดยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ ทาโรยามาเน ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95.5% และความคลาดเคลื่อน± 5% ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 381 คน แล้วทำการสุ่มให้กระจายไปยังหมู่บ้านต่างๆ ตามสัดส่วน โดยวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 3 ลักษณะ คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 6 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .9324 สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานของเทศบาลตำบลสำใหม่ อำเภอละหารทราย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อยเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านการวางแผน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับน้อย ส่วนด้านติดตามตรวจสอบไม่มีส่วนร่วม 2. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่นๆ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คือ ต้องการให้เทศบาลดูแลเรื่องโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและคุณภาพชีวิตของประชนให้ทั่วทุกหมู่บ้าน รองลงมา คือ ต้องการให้เทศบาลนำปัญหาและความต้องการของประชนชนที่ได้จากการประชาคมไปวางแผนในการพัฒนาตำบลและต้องการให้เทศบาลเปิดเผยในเรื่องงบประมาณประจำปี และการใช้จ่ายงประมาณ	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purpose of this study was to investigate the people's participation towards the administration of SamrongmaiSubdistrict Municipality in Lahansai District, Buriram Province in 3 aspects: planning, operation, and following-up. The samples were 381 people, selected by using the Table ofTaro Yamane with the confidence at 95.5 % , and error at 5 % , and simple random . sampling , respectively. The research instrument used for collecting the data was a 3-part questionnaire, including check list, 6-rating scale, and open-ended form with its reliability at .9324. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings were as follows: 1. The people's participation towards the administration of SamrongmaiSubdistrict Municipality in Lahansai District, Buriram Province as a whole was at "low" level. When considering at each aspect, it was found that planning was at "moderate" level, the operation was at "low" level, while the following-up w as not participated 2. The additional opinions and suggestions with the highest percentags were people do need the municipality takes care of the infrastructure and life quality throughout all villages, followed by the problems and needs of people for the meeting to plan in developing the subdistrict and the municipality should be opended freely in annual budget and budget expenses, respectively	en_US
