dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายคือ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารงานกองทุนหมู่บ้านบ้านปรางค์ หมู่ที่ 11 ตำบลหินดาด อำเภอห้วยแถลง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ใน 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ด้านพฤติกรรมการดำรงชีพของคณะกรรมการและสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ด้านการจัดสรรผลประโยชน์ ด้านการเงิน และด้านการจัดทำบัญชีและงบดุลกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ประชากร ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการและสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้าน บ้านปรางค์ ตำบลหินดาด อำเภอห้วยแถลง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 116 คน ประกอบด้วย ประธานคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน จำนวน 1 คน คณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน จำนวน 9 คน และสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้าน จำนวน 106 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะ คือ ตรวจสอบรายการแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า แบ่งเป็น 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.9585 สถิติพื้นฐานในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับปัญหาการบริการบริหารงานกองทุนหมู่บ้าน บ้านปรางค์ โดยภาพรวมมีปัญหาระดับน้อยเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านมีปัญหาน้อย โดยเรียงลำดับจากด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงมาหาต่ำ ได้ดังนี้ ด้านการจักทำบัญชีและงบดุล รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดสรรผลประโยชน์ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการเงิน 2. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่นๆ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คือ ควรมีการเพิ่มเงินกองทุนหมู่บ้านให้มีมากกว่าเดิม รองลงมาคอ ควรขยายวงเงินกู้ยืมให้มีมากกว่านี้ และการพิจารณาให้กู้ ควรทำโดยโปร่งใส ตามลำดับ	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purpose of this study was to study the problems of village fund management of Ban Prang Village, Moo 11, Hindad Subdistrict, Huay Thalaeng District, Nakhonratchasima Province, divided into 5 ects: following the regulation of the village fund, life behavior of village fund committes and members fit allocation, finance, and making book keeping and balance. The subjects comprised all 116 ttees and village fund members, which consisted of 1 fund committee chairman, 9 village committees, and 106 village fund members. The research instrument was a 3 part questionnaire, including check list, 5- rating scale, and open-ended form with the reliability of 0.9585. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings were as follows: 1 . The problems of village fund management of Ban Prang Village both as a whole and each aspect were at low levels. The aspects ranked from the highest to the lowest mean scores were making book keeping and balance, followed by benefit allocation. In contrast, the finance was reported as the lowest mean score. 2. The additional opinions and suggestions with the highest percentages were there should be more budget support of village fund, followed by there should be more financial amount of loan fund, and the loan consideration should be transparently given, respectively.	en_US
