dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาค่าครองชีพและหนี้สินของข้าราชการตำรวจชั้นประทวน สถานีตำรวจภูธรละหานทราย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ใน 4 ด้าน คือ ปัญหาด้านรายรับ ปัญหาด้านรายจ่าย ปัญหาด้านหนี้ในระบบ และ ปัญหาด้านหนี้นอกระบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ประชากรซึ่งเป็นข้าราชการตำรวจชั้นประทวนในสังกัดสถานีตำรวจภูธรละหารทราย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 88 นาย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 3 ลักษณะ คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .9192 สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ปัญหาค่าครองชีพและหนี้สินของข้าราชการตำรวจชั้นประทวน สถานีตำรวจภูธรละหานทราย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านรายจ่ายอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงมาหาต่ำดังนี้ ด้านรายจ่าย ด้านหนี้นอกระบบ ด้านรายรับ และด้านหนี้ในระบบ ตามลำดับ 2.ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่นๆที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คือ ต้องการให้สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติเพิ่มเงินเดือน เบี้ยเลี้ยง และสวัสดิการให้สูงขึ้นเหมาะสมกับค่าครองชีพ รองลงมา คือ การดำเนินชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และต้องการหาแหล่งเงินกู้ดอกเบี้ยต่ำ ตามลำดับ	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The objective of this research was to study the cost of living and debt problems of non commissioned police officers in Lahansai Police Station, Buriram Province in 4 aspects revenue problems, expenditure problems, debt in system problems, and non-system debt problems, respectively. The subjects were all 88 non-commissioned police officers. The instrument used for collecting the data was a 3- part questionnaire including check list, 3-rating scale, and open-ended form with its reliability at 9192. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1.The cost of living and debt problems of non-commissioned police officers in Lahamsai Police Station, Buriram Province as a whole were at "high" level. When considering at each aspect, it was found that the expenditure problems was at the "highest" level; whereas, the rest aspects were at "high"levels. The rankings from the highest to the lowest mean scores were expenditure problems, non-system debt problems, revenue problems and debt in system 2. The suggestions and opinions about the cost of living and debt problems of non-commissioned police officers in Lahansai Police Station, Buriram Province were that the non commissioned police officers need the Royal Thai Police increase more salary, allowance, and welfare appropriating with the costs of living in at present, followed by the non commissioned police officers should live by sufficiency economy, and also do need the low interests loan sources, respectively. 2. The suggestions and opinions about the cost of living and debt problems of non-commissioned police officers in Lahansai Police Station, Buriram Province were that the non-commissioned police officers need the Royal Thai Police increase more salary, allowance, and welfare appropriating with the costs of living in at present, followed by the non-commissioned police officers should live by sufficiency economy, and also do need the low interests loan sources, respectively.	en_US
