dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนนองไผ่ล้อม อำเภอหนองสองห้อง จังหวัดขอนแก่น ในด้านคือ ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ด้านการพัฒนาท้อองถิ่น และด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้จากการสุ่มจากประชากรที่ได้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้งโดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ตามตารางเตจรซี มอร์แกน ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 351 คน แล้วทำการสุ่มให้กระจายไปตามหมู่บ้านต่างๆ ตามสัดส่วนโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย โดยการจับฉลากเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรอบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นประชาการที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองไผ่ล้อม อำเภอหนองสองห้อง จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นเดียวกัน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวางแผนพัฒนาส่วนท้องถิ่น สำหรับข้องคิดเห็นและข้อแนะนำอื่นๆ ที่มีจำนวนมากกที่สุด คือ ควรมีมาตราในการดำเนินการซ่อมแซมไฟรายทางที่ชำรุด และจัดไฟส่องสว่างให้เพียงพอ รองลงมา คือ มีการจัดระบบประปาขนาดใหญ่ให้เพียงพอ ต่ออปโภค ในแต่ละหมู่บ้านและความให้มีการจัดระบบการคัดแยกขยะให้ถูกวิธี มีการคัดแยกประเภทให้ชัดเจน เพื่อนำขยะกลับมารีไซเคิล	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purpose of this research was to study the opinion of people on the operation of Nongphailom Subdistrict, Nongsonghong District , Khonkaen Province, divided indo three aspects : the general administration, the planning of local development, and the conservation of natural resources and environment. The samples were 351 peope, determined by the table of Krejcie and Morgan and seleted by simple random simplng. The research instrument used for collectiong the data was a 3-part questionnaire : check list, 5-rating scale, and open-ended form. It’s reliadiliy was 0.948. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were perentage, mean,and standard deviation. The results of this study revealed that the overall results of the people’s opinions on the opinions of Nongphailom Subdistrict,Nongsonghomg District, Khonkaen Province were at a high level. When considering each aspect, it showed that all aspects were at high levels. The aspects ranked from the highest to lowest socore were the general administration, followed by the conservation of natueal resousces and environments. The lowestmean scote was the planning of locl development. The highly recommended additional opinions and suggestions were as follows : Measues should be taken to repair the damaged lights along the wayand provide adequate illumination, followed by a large water system enough to supply each village.
