dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์และ 2)เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครู จำนวน 217 คนซึ่งได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมี 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณว่า ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบที่ค่าการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.สภาพการดำเนินงานศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน ของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ตามความคิดเห็นของครู โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมรองลงมาคือ ด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ 2.การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการบริหารจัดการ แตกต่างกันอย่างมรนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านอื่นไม่แตกต่างกัน 3.ความคิดเห็นของข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน ของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การสำรวจภูมิปัญญา แหล่งเรียนรู้ และทำบันทึกข้อตกลงในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน รองลงมาคือ ครูควรจัดทำแผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้อย่างชัดเจน และความพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ ภูมิปัญญาให้มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดกิจกรรม	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this research were 1) to study teachers ’ opinions on operation of community learning centers under Buriram Non-Formal and Informal Education Center, and 2) to compare their opinions on this issue. They were classified by using their educational level and work experiences. The sample consisted of 217 teachers who were selected by using the table of Krejcie & Morgan and stratified random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire with three parts : checklist, five-rating scale and open-ended questions. Its reliability was 0.85. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by using t-test and F-test. Having found the significant differences, the paired differences were tested by using a Scheffe ’s method. The findings were as follows : 1. The operation of community learning centers under Buriram Non-Formal and Informal Education Center according to the sample’s opinions was at a high level in overall and each aspect. Moreover, the aspect of participation was ranked first at the average highest level and was followed by learning process management while the aspect of management was at the average lowest level. 2. Having compared opinions of the sample with different educational level on this issue, the centers opinions was not different in overall and each aspect. However, it was in overall significantly different at the statistical level of .01 according to opinions of the sample with different work experiences. Upon considering each aspect, it showed that management was significantly different at the statistical level of .01 while the aspect of learning process management significantly different at the statistical kevel of .05. However, the other aspects were not found different. 3. The followings were the comments and recommendations raised by the sample: Local wisdom and learning sources should be surveyed and agreement on the learning activities together should be made. Learning activity management should de clearly planned. And learning sources of local wisdom should be developed for organizing learning activities together.	en_US
