dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของสถาบันศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์เขต 3 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการดำรงตำแหน่ง และขนาดสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 148 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยตารางกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซีและมอร์แกน และทำการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีจำนวน 3 ตอน 3 ลักษณะ คือแบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตรส่วนประมารค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบคำถามปลายเปิด วึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบค้า (F-test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเกี่นวกับการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยภาพรวม และรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ของสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทรื เขต 3 จำแนกตามขนาดศึกษาโดยภาพรวม และราบด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ของสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประุถมศึกษาสุรินทรื เขต 3 ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คือควรส่งเสริมให้จัดอบรม ประชุม สัมมนา ให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจและแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ให้แก่ผู้บริหาร ครูรับผิดชอบอย่างต่อเนื่อง รองลงมา คือ ควรจัดให้คณะกรรมการที่ปรึกษาการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาแก่คุณครู ส่วนที่น้อยที่สุด คือ ควรมีการสนับสนุนให้ผู้บริหารครูมีการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน คำสำคัญ : การจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน สำนักงานเขตพื้นท่การศึกษา	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this research were 1) to study the activity management for student development of schools according to the opinions of the administrators under surin primary educational service Area Office 3 and 2) to compare this case, classified by position experience and schools’ size. the samples were 148 school administrators, determined by using the table of Krejcie & Morgan and selected by the stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher, including 3 parts ; the checklist, the 5-rating scale, and the open-ended questions. Its reliability was 098. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and F-test. The findings of this research were as follows: 1. The opinions of school administrators about the activity management for student development of schools according to their opinions under surin primary educational service area office 3in overall and each aspect were found at a high level. 2. The comparison of the opinions of school administrators about this case, classified by the position experience, was not different in overall and each aspect. 3. the comparison of the opinions of school administrators about this case, classified by the schools’ size, was not different in overall and each aspect. 4. the opinions and recommendations of school administrators about this case were found that school administrators and teachers should be supported continuously with the training courses, seminars, knowledge, understanding, and guidelines of the activity management for student development; the advisory committee should provide teachers with the activities for student development of school; and administrators and teachers should be supported to conduct their research of the activities for the student development respectively.
