dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 และเปรียบเทียบบทบาทการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่ง ขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 471 คน ได้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมี 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบคำถามปลายเปิด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.982 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยล่ะ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยการใช้ทดสอบค่าที และค่าเอฟ ผลการวิจัย 1.ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงคือ ด้านส่งเสริมให้เกิดความสำเร็จของงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียน รองลงมาคือ ด้านการให้การยอมรับนับถือครูผู้ที่วิจัยในชั้นเรียน 2.ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่ง โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านการให้การยอมรับนับถือครูผู้ทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3.ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ส่งเสริมให้การเกิดความสำเร็จของงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีวินัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of the research were to study the roles of school administrators on classroom research promotion in school under buriram primary educational service ares office 3, and to compare the classroom research promotion’s roles of the school administrators according to the opinions of school administrators and teachers under buriram primary educational service area office 3, classified by positions, and school sizes. The samples consisted of 471 school administrators and teachers, selected by using muti-stage random sampling. The research instrument was the a 3-part questionnaire, including checklist, a 5-rating scale and open-ended questions, with the reliability of 0.982. the data were analyzed by using percentage, mean and standard deviation, and the hypotheses were tested by t-test and F-test percentage, mean and standard deviation, and the hypotheses were tested by t-test and F-test. The research findings revealed that: 1.The opinions of school administrators and teachers toward the roles of school administrators on classroom research promotion in school under buriram primary educational service area office 3, both in overall and each aspect were at a high level. The highest mean score was promoting the success of classroom research, followed by paying respect to the teacher researchers who conduct the classroom researchea. 2.The opinions of school administrators and teachers toward the roles of school administrators on classroom research promotion in school under buriram primary educational service area office 3, classified by positions in overall were not different. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect of paying respect of the teacher researchers who conduct the classroom researches was statistical significant difference at .01 level while the rest aspects were not different. 3.The opinions of school administrators and administrators and teachers toward the roles of school administrators on classroom research promotion in schools under buriram primary educational service area office 3, classified by school sizes in overall were not different. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect of promoting the success of classroom research was statistical significant difference at .05 level while the rest aspects were not different.	en_US
