dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านจำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงานกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูจำนวน 248 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีกรกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .977 และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีที่เป็นอิสระ และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ เมื่อพบความแตกต่างใช้วิธีการทดสอบรายคู่ ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ระดับความคิดเห็นของครูต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ ด้านการบริหารและด้านการมีส่วนร่วม รองลงมาคือ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2.ความคิดเห็นของครูต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงานทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the opinions of teachers toward the of administrators in Sub-district Outstanding School administration under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall and each aspect according to education and work experience. The samples of this study were 248 teachers, determined by using sample size of Krejcie and Morgan, and selected by using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was .977. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by the use of independent sample t-test and F-test. When the differences were found, Scheffe’s method of paired comparison was utilized. The results of the study were as follows; 1. The opinions of teachers toward the role administrators in Sub-district Outstanding School administration under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were overall at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. The highest , and learning management respectively. 2. The opinions of teachers toward the role of administrators in Sub-district Outstanding School administration under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 according to education and work experience were different in overall and each aspect at the statistical significant level of .01.	en_US
