dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงาน ของเทศบาลเมืองบุรีรัมย์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ใน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มจากประชากร โดยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้ขนาด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 392 คน แล้วทำการสุ่มให้กระจายไปตามชุมชนต่าง ๆ ตามสัดส่วน โดยวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย ด้วยการจับฉลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะ คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายปิด ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.809 สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื้อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม รองลงมา คือ ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต สำหรับความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่น ๆ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คือ ควรมีการรณรงค์เกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมสุขภาพเพื่อให้ทราบถึงคุณและโทษของการบริโภคอาหารแต่ละประเภท รองลงมา คือ ควรมีไฟฟ้าส่องทางบางจุดที่สุ่มเสี่ยงตามแนวถนนให้มากขึ้น และควรมีการอบรมให้ความรู้แก่อาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยอย่างต่อเนื่องตามลำดับ	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purpose of this research was to study the people’s opinions on the operation of Muang Buriram municipality, Buriram Province in three aspects : infrastructure, natural resources and environmental and the development of quality of life. The samples consisted of 392 people randomly distributed to different communities in proportion by simple random sampling using the table of Taro Yamane. The research instrument used for collecting the data was a 3-part questionnaire, including check list, 5-rating scale, and open-ended form. Its reliability was 0.809. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of this study revealed that : the overall aspect was very high. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level as well. The highest mean score was natural resource and environmental management, followed by infrastructure. The lowest mean score was the quality of life development. Other opinions suggestions were found as follows. There should be a health promotion campaign to inform the advantages and disadvantages of consuming food. Secondly, there should be some roadside electricity at random risk along the road. And training should be continued to educate the volunteers.	en_US
