dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ1) ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต3 และ2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและครู เกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต3 จำแนกตามสถานภาพ ประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงานและขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารจำนวน 140 คนและครู จำนวน 331 รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน471 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างตามตารางเครซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วทำการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมี 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยการทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและทดสอบของค่าความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นงายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน สำกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 3 โดยรวมแล้วและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดระบบบริหารและสารสนเทศแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับที่.05 ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01 เมื่อจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านการกำหนดมาตรฐานการศึกษาด้านการประเมินคุณภาพภายใน และด้านการจัดทำรายงานประจำปี แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่าโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ.01 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านการดำเนินงานตามแผนพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ด้านการจัดทำรายงานประจำปี และด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่องมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01 ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต3 พบว่า ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนควรมีการนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตามการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียนอย่างจิงจังและต่อเนื่องโรงเรียนควรดำเนินตามแผนปฏิบัติการประจำปีตามกรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ รงเรียนควรจัดข้อมูลสารสนเทศอย่างครบถ้วน เป็นหมวดหมู่และสามารถสืบค้นได้อย่างรวดเร็วผ่านเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this were 1) to study the state of the quality assurance within schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 according to the opinions of school administrators and teachers and 2) to compare the state of the quality assurance within school under this office ,classified by work experience and school sizes. The samples were 140 school administrators and 331 teachers under Buriram Primary Educainonal Service Area Office 2,determined by the sample size table of Kerjcie and Morgan and selected by multi-stage random sampling. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire created by the researcher with for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by t-test, and one way ANOVA, and the difference of the average war tested by the method of Scheffe. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The state of quality assurance within schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was overall at the high level. 2. The comparison of the opinions of school administrators and teachers about the state of the quality assurance within schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by their positions was not different in overall aspect. When considering each aspect, it was found thund that the aspects of setting the educational standards, planning the development of education management, checking of the education quality, assessing the internal quality, and preparing for the annual report were significantly different at the .05 statistical levels while other aspects were not different. Classified by work experience, it was found that it was overall significantly different at .01 statistival levela. When considering each aspect, it was found that the implementation according to the development plan of education management was significantly different at the .05 statistical levels. Theannual report preparation and the education quality development were significantly different at the .01 statistical levels while other aspects were not different. Classified by school sizes, it was found that it was overall significantly different at the .01 satistical levels. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspects of setting the significantly different at the .01 staistical levels while other aspects were not different. 3.The opinions and suggestions of the state of the quality assurance within schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were found that the school directors should supervise and monitor the quality assurance activities within schools seriously and continuously.
