dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารสถานศึกษาแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์กับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานสถานศึกษา และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์กับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 โดยจำแนกตามสถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 483 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 148 คน และครู จำนวน 335 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่มอร์แกน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตารฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) การบริหารแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ทั้ง 4ด้าน ได้แก่ การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร การกำหนดรายละเอียดของตัวชี้วัด ผลการดำเนินงาน การวัดและการตรวจสอบผลการดำเนินงาน และการให้รางวัลตอบแทนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานสถานศึกษาในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คำสำคัญ: ความสัมพันธ์ การบริหารแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานสถานศึกษา	en_US

Thesis Advisors: Dr. Chao Kanwicha, Dr. Sittichai Deelon, 166 pages The purposes of this research were to study 1) the result based management 2) the effectiveness of schools and 3) the relationship between the result based management and the effectiveness of schools which classified according to the status, the level of education and the size of schools under the office of Buriram Primary Educational Service Area 2. The sample was 483 persons that consisted of 148 school directors and 335 teachers selected by the sample size of Krejcie and Morgan table and the use of multi - stage sampling. The instrument used for this research was the questionnaire with the reliability of 0.97. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and the correlation coefficient of Pearson. The research results revealed as follows : 1) The overall of the opinions of the school directors and the teachers in the result based management was at high level. 2) The overall of the opinions of the school directors and the teachers in the effectiveness of schools was at high level. 3) The 4 aspects of the result based management such as the school strategic planning, the detail descriptions of performance indicators, the evaluation and performance check and the reward had positive relationship with the effectiveness of schools at a high level with the statistical significance at.01 level.
