dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ ศึกษาระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของครู การทำงานเป็นทีมครู และเพื่อการหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู ตามความคิดของผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 132 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 322 คนซึ่งได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และการสุ่มอย่างง่ายเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมี 2 ลักษณะ ได้แก่แบบสำรวจรายการ และแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยล่ะ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน 1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน เกี่ยวกับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 4 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน เกี่ยวกับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูใน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 4 พบว่า โดยร่วมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และเป็นความสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลาง เป็นไปตามสมมติฐานของการวิจัย เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันมากที่สุด และที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันน้อยที่สุด คือ การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมด้านการบริหารงานบุคคลกับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู ด้านการจัดรูปแบบงาน	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this research were to study levels of participatory management and teamwork of teachers under Buriram Primary Education Service Area Office 4 and to investigate relationship between the participatory management and teamwork of the teachers in the target area. The sample consisted of 132 school administrators and 322 teachers. They were selected by using a table of Krejcie & Morgan and a simple random sampling method. The instrument used in this study was a 2-part questionnaire including checklist and 5-rating scale with its reliability value of 0.96. The data wrer analyzed by following statistics i.e., percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by using Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1. The opinions of school administrators and teachers on the participatory management of the teachers used Buriram Primary Education Service Area Office 4 were overall found at a high level. 2. The opinions of school administrators and teachers on teamwork of the teachers used Buriram Primary Education Service Area Office 4 were overall found at a high level in overall aspect. 3. The relationship between participatory management and teamwork of the teachers in the research area was overall found positively at the statistical significant level of .01 and it was also discovered at a moderate level. This was consistent with the hypothesis set. Having considered each aspect, it showed that their participatory management and teamwork in the aspect of work management model were most relevant while personnel administration and the teachers’ teamwork were least relevant.	en_US
