dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1 ) ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในรงเรียน สังกัดงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครุ และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครุเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่งและขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 152 คน และครู จำนวน 345 คน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 ซึ่งได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมี 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจรายการแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 2.04-11.97 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และวิธีการของเซฟเฟ่ ผลการ 1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่งและจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 ได้แก่ ทุกภาคส่วนควรร่วมมือกันประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน รองลงมาคือ โรงเรียนควรดำเนินงานตามแผนปฏิบัติการประจำปีตามกรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ และโรงเรียนควรจัดข้อมูลสารสนเทศอย่างครบถ้วน เป็นหมวดหมู่สามารถสืบค้นได้อย่างรวดเร็วผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this study were 1 ) to study the state of the quality assurance within school under Buriram Primary Educational Service area Office 2 according to the opinions of school administrators and teachers and 2) to compare the state of quality assurance within schools under this office, classified by school sizes. The samples were 346 school administrators and teachers under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, determined by the sample size table of Krejcie and Morgan and selected by multi-stage random sampling. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire created by the researcher with three parts: checklist, 5-rating scale, and open-ended. Its discrimination was 2.04-11.97 and reliability was 0.94. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by t-test, and one way ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The state of the quality assurance within schools under Buriram primary educational Service area Office 2 according to the opinions of school administrators and teachers was overall at the high level. 2. The comparison of the opinions of school administrators and teachers about the state of the quality assurance within school under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area office 2,classified by their positions and school sizes was not different in overall and each aspect. 3. The opinions and suggestions of school administrators and teachers regarding the state of quality assurance within school under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were most found that there should be the principles of fair and right administration; there should be the dedication of school administration; and there should be the distribution of network of local arts and cultures respectively.	en_US
