dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 3 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 3 จำแนกตาม เพศ สถานภาพตำแหน่ง และอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหาร จำนวน 140 คน และครู จำนวน 345 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมี 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจรายการ แบบมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 6.56 - 30.53 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.83 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการหลีกเลี่ยง รองลงมาคือ ด้านการประนีประนอม ด้านการยอมตาม และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการร่วมมือ ตามลำดับ 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่ง โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการหลีกเลี่ยงไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 จำแนกตามขนาดอายุ โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการร่วมมือ และด้านการยอมตามแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 ได้แก่ ควรเป็นกลางในการตัดสินปัญหา ไม่ลำเอียงเข้าฝ่ายใด ควรยึดหลักความถูกต้องในการแสดงความคิดเห็น และควรใช้เหตุผลและความถูกต้องเป็นหลัก	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this research were 1 ) to study opinions of administrators and teachers about the school administrators’ conflict management within school under Buriram Primary Educactional Service Area Office 3 and 2) to compare the opinions of administrators and teachers on their conflict management within school under this office, classified by sex, position, and age. The samples were 486 school administrators and teachers, determined by the sample size table of Krejcie and Morgan and selected by multi-stage random sampling. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire created by the researcher with three parts: checklist, 5-rating scale, and open-ended. Its discrimination was 6.56 – 30.53 and reliability was 0.83. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by t-test, and one way ANOVA. The findings were as follows: 1. School administrators’ conflict management within school under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was overall at the high level. Considering each aspect from high to low, the avoidance was first ranked, followed by the compromise, the compliance, and the co-operation respectively. 2. The comparison of the opinions of school administrators and teachers about the school administrators, conflict management within school under this office, classified by their sex, was not different in overall and each aspect. 3. The comparison of the opinions of school administrators and teachers about the school administrators’ conflict management within school under this office, classified by their position, was overall found that it was significantly different at the statistical level of .01. When considering each aspect, it was found the avoidance was not different while other aspects were significantly different at the statistical level of .01. 4. The comparison of the opinions of school administrators and teachers about the school administrators’ confict management within school under this office, classified by their age, was overall found that it was significantly different at the statistical level of .01. When considering each aspect, it was found that the co-operation and compliance were significantly different at the statistical of .01. while other aspects were not different. 5. The opinions and suggestions of school administrators’ conflict management within school under this office were as follows: there should be fair judgement of the problems without bias, and it should focus on the accuracy of expressing the opinions and giving the reasons.	en_US
