dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครู จำนวน 217 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และทำการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมี 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจรายการ แบบมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยการทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ตามความคิดเห็นของครู โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้และด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลการเรียนรู้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านการจัดทำหลักสูตรไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของครูเกี่ยวกับการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด ควรกำหนดให้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นอยู่ในหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา ควรจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ผสมผสานความรู้สากลและความรู้ท้องถิ่น ควรจัดหาสื่อการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน และควรมีการประชุมร่วมกันระหว่างสถานศึกษา ผู้ปกครอง ผู้นำชุมชน และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเพื่อเลือกเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินให้สอดคล้องกับการเรียนรู้	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The objectives of this research were to 1) study teachers’ opinions on application of local wisdom in management of the non-formal and informal education in Buriram province and 2) to compare the teachers’ opinions on application of local wisdom in management of the non-formal and informal education in Buriram province, classified by their educational levels and experiences. The sample consisted of 217 teachers, selected by using Krejcie and Morgan table and stratified random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with three parts: checklist, five-rating scale and open-ended questions. Its reliability was 0.98. The statistics used to analyze the collected data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by using t-test and F-test. Having found the significant differences. The findings were as follows: 1. The teachers’ opinions on application of local wisdom in management of the non-formal and informal education in Buriram province were found at a high level in overall and each aspect. 2. The opinions on application of local wisdom in management of the non-formal and informal education in target area of the teachers with different education levels were significantly different at .01 level. Having considered each aspect, it showed that management of learning activities and measurement and evaluation were significantly different at .01 level, and learning media were significantly different at .05 level while curriculum development was not found different. 3. The opinions on application of local wisdom in management of the non-formal and informal education in the target area of the teachers with different experiences were not significantly different in overall and each aspect. 4. The following extra comment and recommendations were mostly raised by the sample: Learning activities combined with global and local knowledge should be managed. Learning media suitable for instructional activities should be provided. Moreover, school, parents, community leaders and local scholars should have a meeting in order to select the best evaluation tool in line with learning.	en_US
