dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการดำเนินงานมาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานมาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามเพศ และระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 381 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมี 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 3.82-16.60 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การดำเนินงานมาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ตามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานมาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามเพศโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.1 เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นตามหลักสูตร ด้านการแสวงหาความรู้ทักษะด้วยตนเอง รักการเรียนรู้ และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านสุขนิสัย สุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิตที่ดี และด้านสุนทรียภาพและลักษณะนิสัยด้านศิลปะ ดนตรี และกีฬา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานมาตรฐานการศึกษาในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ควรส่งเสริมและปลูกจิตสำนึกในเรื่องคุณธรรม จริยธรรมในทุก ๆ ด้านควบคู่กับความรู้ รองลงมาคือ ควรมีการจัดอบรมอินเตอร์เน็ตสืบค้นข้อมูล การติดต่อสื่อสารทางอินเตอร์เน็ตให้แก่นักเรียนและควรมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้มีความทันสมัยโดยการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการเรียนการสอน "	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this research were 1) to study the implementation of fundamental education standard at Buriram Provincial Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education and 2) to compare the implementation of fundamental education standard at this office, classified by genders and educational levels of 381 students who were the research sample. They were selected by using the table of Krejcie & Morgan and stratified random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire with three parts: checklist, five-rating scale and open-ended questions. Its reliability was 0.96. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by using t-test and F-test. Having found the significant differences, the paired differences were tested by using a Scheffe’s method. The findings were as follows: 1. The implementation of fundamental education standard at Buriram Provincial Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education according to the sample’ opinions was found at a high level in overall and each aspect. 2. Having compared their opinions on the aforementioned issue, classified by their genders, it showed difference of thir opinions at the statistical significance of .01 level. Upon considering each aspect, it was discovered that the following aspects of curriculum-based knowledge and skills, pursuit of knowledge, skills, love to learn and continuous self-developmemt, habits of physical and mental health, and aesthetics, arts, music and sports were significantly different at the statistical level of .01 while other aspects were not found different. Having compared their opinions on the aforementioned issue, classified by their educational levels, it showed difference of their opinions at the statistical significance of .01 level in overall and each aspect. 3. The following were the comments and recommendations raised by the sample: Morality and ethics together with knowledge should be promoted and cultivated. Training on internet for searching information and communication should be organized for students. And modern technology should be used for instructional management.	en_US
