การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของบุคคลภายนอกต่อเว็บไซต์มหาวิทยาลัย ราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของบุคคลภายนอกต่อเว็บไซต์มหาวิทยาลัย ราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของบุคคลภายนอกต่อเว็บไซต์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ที่มาใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ ศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์และอินเทอร์เน็ต สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ปี 2558 จำนวน 312 คน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของบุคคลภายนอกต่อเว็บไซต์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ใช้บริการส่วนเป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 66.70 ส่วนใหญ่อายุอยู่ระหว่าง 21-30 ปี ร้อยละ 38.80 และน้อยที่สุด คือ อายุ 41-50 ปี ร้อยละ 24.00 ระดับการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ระดับปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 49.70 และน้อยที่สุดระดับ คือ ปริญญาโท ร้อยละ 20.50 ความถี่ในการเข้าใช้ ไม่แน่นอนขึ้นอยู่กับความจำเป็น ร้อยละ 53.50 และน้อยที่สุด คือ ทุกเดือนร้อยละ 13.50 จากผลการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของบุคคลภายนอกต่อเว็บไซต์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด (x-bar = 4.58) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่ามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด จำนวน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านคุณภาพเนื้อหา (x-bar = 4.59) ด้านการออกแบบและการจัดรูปแบบเว็บไซต์ (x-bar = 4.58) และด้านความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงข้อมูล ( x-bar = 4.59) ส่วนความพึงพอใจโดยภาพรวม (x-bar = 4.40) ระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก

The research entitled the Study of Outsiders’ Satisfaction towards Website of Buriram Rajabhat University aimed to study the satisfaction of outsiders towards website of Buriram Rajabhat University. The subjects were 312 outsiders who used the service of the Computer Rooms of Computer and Internet Center, Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, Buriram Rajabhat University. The research instrument was questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results revealed that most of the respondents were female with 66.70%. In term of ages, the age during 21-30 years old was the most or 38.80%, while the age 41 -50 years old or 24.00% was the least. For educational level, bachelor degree was the most or 49.70%, whereas master degree was the least or 20.50%. Considering the frequency of the use of service, the results showed that the frequency of depending on the necessary aspect was the most or 53.50%, while every month was the least or 13.50%. From the results of the study, the satisfaction of the outsiders towards website of Buriram Rajabhat University as a whole was at the most level (x-bar = 4.58). Considering in each aspect, there were 3 aspects satisfied at the most level: the quality of content (x-bar = 4.59), design and layout of the website (x-bar = 4.58), the access of information (x-bar = 4.59). This may be caused from the contents of website were presented in order for the users to choose their own interesting topics, then they can access to read for more details. While reading, they can leave for another topic. For the overall satisfaction, it was at the most level (x-bar = 4.40).
