สภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบันราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ในทัศนะ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาทัศนะของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษาต่อสภาพแวดล้อมสถาบันราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ รวมหกด้าน คือ ด้านการบริหาร ด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านการให้บริการนักศึกษา ด้านการสังคมในกลุ่มเพื่อน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษา และด้านอาคารสถานที่ ประเมินทัศนะของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษา ต่อสภาพแวดล้อมโดยเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์ที่ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดไว้ เปรียบเทียบทัศนะของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษา ต่อสภาพแวดล้อมในแต่ละด้าน และรวมหกด้าน จำแนกตามตัวแปร เพศ และระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติงานและศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2543 จำนวน 806 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 65 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ย โดยใช้ t – test และ One – Way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษา มีทัศนะต่อสภาพแวดล้อมสถาบันราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ โดยรวมหกด้านและในแต่ละด้านมีความเห็นว่าเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. การประเมินทัศนะของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษา ต่อสภาพแวดล้อมสถาบันราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ โดยรวมหกด้านเทียบกับเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดพบว่าผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษา มีทัศนะต่อสภาพแวดล้อมโดยรวมหกด้านสูงกว่าเกณฑ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ทัศนะของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษา ต่อสภาพแวดล้อมสถาบันราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ โดยรวมหกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และนักศึกษา เพศชายและเพศหญิง มีทัศนะต่อสภาพแวดล้อมสถาบันราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ โดยรวมหกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 5. ทัศนะของนักศึกษาต่างระดับการศึกษา ต่อสภาพแวดล้อมสถาบันราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ โดยรวมหกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และเมื่อทำการทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ พบว่านักศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญากับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี และนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีกับนักศึกษาระดับสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี มีทัศนะต่อสภาพแวดล้อม โดยรวมหกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เพื่อให้การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมสถาบันราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ดำเนินไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสามารถพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษาให้ถึงขีดสูงสุด บุคลากรทุกฝ่ายของสถาบัน ควรได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างเต็มที่ และได้มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสถาบันในการเสนอความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมในทุก ๆ ด้าน ให้มีความเหมาะสมมากยิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนั้นสถาบันควรให้การสนับสนุนทางด้านทรัพยากร บำรุงขวัญกำลังใจให้กับบุคลากรและมีการติดตามประเมินผลโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมสถาบันอย่างใกล้ชิด รวมทั้งประชาสัมพันธ์ให้บุคลากรทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เข้าใจตรงกัน เพื่อความร่วมมือในการปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมทั้งหกด้านให้ดียิ่งขึ้นต่อไป

The purposes of the research were to investigate the perception of administrators, instructors and students towards the six aspects of the campus environment at Rajabhat Institute Buriram : learning and teaching, student personnel services, social peer groups and student activities management and site management. This research intended to evaluate the perception of administrators instructors and students towards the campus environment by comparing with the constructed criteria. It also aimed to compare the perception among the three groups in each area of the six aspects of the campus environment according to sex and level of study. The research sample of 806 people consisted of administrators, instructors and students who teach and study in the first semester of the academic year of 2000 in Rajabhat Institute Buriram. The questionnaire of five – rating scale consisted of 65 items was used as an instrument of the research. Statistics utilized for data analysis were arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t – test, and one way analysis of variance. The research findings were as follows : 1.The six aspects of environment at Rajabhat Institute Buriram as perceived by administrators, instructors and students were at the moderate or normal level. 2. Administrators evaluated the total six areas of environment of Rajabhat Institute Buriram as significantly higher than the criteria at .01 level. 3. The perception of administrators, instructors and students towards the six aspects of the campus environment was found not significant different. 4. The perception of administrators, instructors, and students of male towards the six aspects of the campus environment was found not significant different. 5. The perception of students at different levels of study towards the whole six aspects of the campus environment was found significant different at .01 level. According to the Scheffe’ test, it was found that the perception of the students of the diploma level and bachelor degree levels, the perception of the students of bachelor degree levels and post graduate level was significantly different at .05 level. In order to encourage efficiency and progress of the environment at Rajabhat Institute Buriram for developing the students ultimate personalities and potentiality, all staff members of the institute should be actively participated in management process in order to present the appropriate proposal for improving the environment at Rajabhat Institute Buriram. Furthermore, resources and morale supports from administrators should be included. Program evaluation regarding campus environment redesigning should be encouraged. Effective public relations for mutual understanding among the Institute personnel will also draw better cooperation to improve the six areas of the campus environment.
