การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกลุ่มอาชีพสตรีทอผ้าไหมแพรวา บ้านโพน ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมผู้ไทย ตามความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกกลุ่ม แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีสองส่วน ส่วนแรกใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ สมาชิกกลุ่ม จำ นวน 240 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนที่สองเป็นการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกโดยใช้แนวคำ ถามประกอบการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่สำคัญคือคณะกรรมการกลุ่มกลุ่มอาชีพสตรีทอผ้าไหมแพรวา บ้านโพน
ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมผู้ไทย จำนวน 20 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกลุ่มอาชีพสตรีทอผ้าไหมแพรวา บ้านโพน ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมผู้ไทย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล และด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ ซึ่งแยกเป็นด้านดังนี้ (1) ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ ผู้นำกลุ่มควรพัฒนาตนในการแสดงวิสัยทัศน์และสามารถถ่ายทอดไปยังสมาชิกกลุ่มได้เป็นอย่างชัดเจน (2) ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดานใจ ผู้นำกลุ่มควรปฏิบัติตนในทางที่จูงใจให้เกิดแรงบันดาลใจ (3) ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา ผู้นำควรมีความสามารถที่จะกระตุ้นให้สมาชิกกลุ่มมีความกล้าคิด กล้าทำในสิ่งใหม่ๆ (4) ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล ผู้นำกลุ่มควรคำนึงถึงความแตกต่างระหว่างบุคคลให้ความสำคัญและเอาใจใส่สมาชิกกลุ่มเป็นรายบุคคลให้ความสำคัญกับคุณค่าของสมาชิก
The objective of this research ware 1) to study Transformational leadership for Praewa Weaving
Career Women Ban Phon Group, Phuthai Culture Center according to the group’s opinions and 2) to study
ways of developing such transformational leadership success. The research population was divided into
two part. Part 1 used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection: 240 members in this women’s group
were used in this case. Data analysis for values of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
Part 2 undertook in-depth interviews with questions from 20 informants in the woman’s group
The results of the study:1) Woman’s transformational leadership was coverall found at Many levels.
When compared individually, ideal influence had the highest mean, followed by inspiration making, individualism
thinking and wisdom stimulation.2) Ways of developing women’s transformational leadership are as
follows: (1) For ideal influence, the group leaders should self-develop by showing their vision and ability
to transfer it to the members clearly. (2) For inspiration making, the group leaders should be inspired
to bring about inspiratio. (3) For wisdom stimulation, the group leaders should be able to stimulate the
members’ bravery to try innovations. (4) For individualism thinking, the group leaders should think about
individual differences and give importance, pay attention and give value to individual members
