การศึกษาการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของประชาชนบ้านม่วงเจริญ ตำบลสระทอง อำเภอหนองหงส์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของประชาชนบ้านม่วงเจริญ ตำบลสระทอง อำเภอหนองหงส์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของประชาชนบ้านม่วงเจริญ ตำบลสระทอง อำเภอหนองหงส์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มี 2 กลุ่ม ใช้ครัวเรือนแทนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้แบบสอบถามได้จากการสุ่มจากประชากร โดยกำเนิดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกนได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 109 ครัวเรือน โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ หัวหน้าครัวเรือน ๆ ละ 1 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ตอบแบบสอบสัมภาษณ์ ได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง โดยกำหนดโควตา ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 2 ลักษณะ คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ โดยแบบสอบถามได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.6708 ส่วนแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นแบบมีโครงสร้าง ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ใช้การวิเคราะห์โดยอุปมาน ส่วนข้อมูลจากการตอบแบบสอบถามใช้การวิเคราะห์ด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยล่ะ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมุติฐาน โดยการวิเคราะห์ค่า F-test เมื่อพบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยในแต่ละด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทำการเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่กำหนดค่าสถิติที่นัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การศึกษาการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงประชาชนบ้านม่วงเจริญ ตำบลสระม่วง อำเภอหนองหงส์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารนาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านนี้มีค่าเฉลี่ยงสูงสุด คือ ด้านการประหยัด รองมา คือ ด้านการลดรายจ่าย ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ที่มีอาชีพต่างกันโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ผลจากการสัมภาษณ์มีความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของประชาชนบ้านม่วงเจริญ ตำบลสระม่วง อำเภอหนองหงส์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ในแต่ละด้านมีดังต่อไปนี้ ด้านการลดรายจ่าย ควรมีการปลูกพืชผักส่วนครัว เพื่อใช้บริโภคเองภายในครัวเรือน การให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ครัวเรือนที่ยังไม่ประสบผลสำเร็จในการปลูกพืชผักสวนครัว ด้านการเพิ่มรายได้ ควรมีการใช้ที่ดินในการทำเกษตรเต็มที่เพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิต ให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่จากทางราชการมาแนะนำการทำเกษตรแลผสมผสาน รวมไปถึงการจัดอบรมหาอาชีพเสริมให้แก่คนที่ว่างงานในชุมชน ด้านการประหยัด ให้มีการส่งเสริมให้สมาชิกในครัวเรือนรู้จักการเก็บออมเงิน และทุกครัวเรือนควรเข้าร่วมเป็นสมาชิกสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์เพื่อการออมของชุมชน สามารถให้บริการแก่สมาชิกในชุมชน ด้านการดำเนินชีวิต ให้มีการอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นให้คงอยู่และสืบทอดขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีของท้องถิ่นไม่สูญหาย ด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรและสิ่งแวดล้อม ให้มีการอนุรักษ์แม่นำลำคลองด้วยการไม่ทิ้งขยะลงในแม่น้ำ รักษาสภาพแวดล้อมในชุมชนให้สะอาด จัดกิจกรรมปลูกป่าทดแทนเป็นประจำ ด้านความเอื้ออาทร ให้ความร่วมมือ ช่วยเหลือผู้ด้อยโอกาสในชุมชน โดยการจัดตั้งกองทุนสวัสดิการของชุมชน เพื่อช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้ที่ประสบปัญหา "

ABSTRACT The purposes of this research were 1) to study the living based on Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of people at Muangchareon village in Sathong sub-district, Nonghong district, Buriram province and 2) to compare their opinions on this issue. The sample consisted of two groups: 109 households were collected by using a questionnaire from the population via the table of Krejcie & Morgan, and ten householders were purposively collected by a quota and a structured interview was utilized for this group. These two research tools had the reliability of 0.6708. The data obtained from an interview were analyzed by inference while the data gathered from the questionnaire were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Moreover, the hypothesis was tested by using F-test. Having found the significant differences, the Scheffe's method was employed to compare the paired differences at the statistical significance of .05 level. The research results revealed that: l. The sample's living based on Sufficiency Economy Philosophy at Muangchareon village in Sathong sub-district, Nonghong district, Buriram province was overall found at a high level. Upon considering each aspect, conservation of national resources and environment was at a moderate level while the rest aspects were at a high level. Moreover, saving was ranked first at the average highest level and was followed by expenditure reduction conservation of national resources and environment was ranked at the average lowest level. 2. Having compared opinions on the aforementioned issue of the people with different occupations, it was not different in overall and each aspect. 3. Having interviewed the sample, they gavethe following points about living based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy: For reducing expenditure, vegetables should be planted for their own consumption, and assistance should also be provided for the householders who have not yet succeeded in growing vegetables. For increasing incomes , a plot of land should be fully used for increasing productivity, and government officials should help them introduce an integrated farming approach and provide the training about supplementary occupations for the unemployed people in a community. For the saving, household members should be encouraged to save money, and every household should join cooperatives for savings of the community in order to give saving services to the community members. For living, local wisdom should be conserved and local traditions should also be inherited. For conserving resources and environment, rivers and cannels should be kept clean and with no litter , and clean environment in the community should be maintained. Moreover. reforestation activities should also be regularly carried out. In the aspect of the generosity, disadvantaged people should be helped by establishing the welfare fun of the community in order to assist expe1iencing problems.
