สถาพและปัญหาการนำภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านมาใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรใน โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัด บุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการนำภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้าน มาใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการนำภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านมาใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารกับครูวิชาการโรงเรียน ที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในโรงเรียนตามอำเภอที่มีขนาดต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 265 คน ครูวิชาการโรงเรียน จำนวน 265 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 530 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ค่า t-test ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) แล้วเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe Method) กำหนดค่าสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านที่นำมาใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษามากที่สุด คือกลุ่มศิลปวัฒนธรรมและขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณี รองลงมา คือกลุ่มคติ ความคิด ความเชื่อและหลักการที่เป็นพื้นฐานแห่งการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มการประกอบอาชีพในท้องถิ่น กลุ่มแนวคิด หลักปฏิบัติและเทคโนโลยีชาวบ้าน กลุ่มประสบการณ์ที่นำภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านมาใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรมากที่สุด คือ กลุ่มสร้างเสริมลักษณะนิสัย รองลงมา คือกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ กลุ่มสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ชีวิต กลุ่มทักษะ (ภาษาไทย-คณิตศาสตร์) และกลุ่มประสบการณ์พิเศษ 2) ปัญหาการนำภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านมาใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกข้อ 3) ผู้บริหารกับครูวิชาการโรงเรียน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาการนำภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านมาใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกันเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ผู้บริหารกับครูวิชาการโรงเรียนมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ การส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรนำเนื้อหาที่เป็นภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านมาพัฒนาหลักสูตร การส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนเพื่อแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาหลักสูตรการนำกิจกรรมที่เป็นภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านมาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาหลักสูตร การส่งเสริมให้บุคลากร ศึกษา ดูงานและเรียนรู้จากแหล่งภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้าน การจัดทำแฟ้มสะสมผลงานของผู้เรียน ส่วนข้ออื่นๆ มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน 4) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในโรงเรียน ตามอำเภอขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลางและขนาดเล็ก มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหากานำภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านมาใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา โดยรวมและรายข้อไม่แตกต่างกัน 5) ครูวิชาการโรงเรียนที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในโรงเรียน ตามอำเภอขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลางและขนาดเล็ก มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาการนำภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านมาใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา โดยรวมและรายข้อไม่แตกต่างกัน

The research aims were to study the states and problems in implementing the people wisdom in the curriculum development in primary schools under the jurisdiction of Buriram Provincial Education Office, and to compare the problems in implementing the people wisdom in the development of the primary school curriculum in the opinions of school administrators and academic staff who are working in the schools in the districts with different sizes. Samples included 265 school administrations and 265 academic staff for the total of 530 people were selected by using stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used for collecting the data were the rating-scaled type of questionnaires. The statistics for the data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis were tested by means of the t-test, and One-way ANOVA, and then were compared in pairs by means of the Scheff's method at the statistic significant different level of .05. The results of the study were : 1) The people wisdom used in the implementation of the curriculum development in the primary schools at the highest levels were the group of arts, cultures and customs and at the high levels were the group of motto, ideology, and basic principles of learning, the group of local careers and the group of concepts, practical principles and folk technology. The group of experiences in which the people wisdom implemented in the curriculum development at the highest level was the group of the characteristic enhancing and at the high levels were the group of working and career foundations, the group of life-experience enhancing, the group of academic skills (Thai and mathematics) and the group of special experiences. 2) The problems in the implementation of the people wisdom in the curriculum development in the primary schools as a whole were at the moderate levels. When considering at each item, it was found that every item was at the modurats levels. 3) The school administrators' and the academic staff's opinions concerning the implementation of the people wisdom in the curriculum development in the primary schools as a whole were not different. When considering at each item, it was found that they were significantly different at the .05 level. These included the supports of the educational personnel to implement the people wisdom in the curriculum development, the supports of the classroom research in order to solve the problems and the curriculum development, the implementing of the people wisdom in the learning and teaching arrangement and the curriculum development, the supports of the educational personel to go on field-trip studies and learn from the sources of the people wisdom, and the preparation of the portfolios by the students. The opinions concerning other issues were not different. 4) The opinions of the school administrators of the large, middle, and small districts concerning the implementation of the people wisdom in the curriculum development in the primary schools as a whole and as each item were not different. 5) The opinions of the school academic staff of the large, middle, and small districts concerning the implementation of the people wisdom in the curriculum development in the primary schools as a whole and as each item were not different.
