การสำรวจสภาพการจัดรายการวิทยุชุมชนของสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ความถี่ 101.75 M.Hz

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดรายการวิทยุชุมชนของสถานีวิทยุแห่งประเทศไทย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อรายการวิทยุชุมชน 3) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการจัดรายการวิทยุ 4) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะประชาชนกับความพึงพอใจต่อรายการวิทยุชุมชน ประชากร ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่คณะกรรมการ อาสาสมัครประชาสัมพันธ์หมู่บ้าน นักวิชาการภาคเอกชนและเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานราชการ จำนวน 52 คน ประชาชนที่รับฟังรายการของสถานีวิทยุแห่งประเทศไทย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ความถี่ 101.75 M.Hz จำนวน 79,868 ครัวเรือน รวมประชากรทั้งสิ้น 79,920 ครัวเรือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจงได้เจ้าหน้าที่ คณะกรรมการฯ จำนวน 52 คน และประชาชน จำนวน 429 คน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 481 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามที่พัฒนาขึ้นมาเอง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนแบบมาตรฐาน และความสัมพันธ์ใช้ค่า Chi - Square ของ เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการจัดรายการวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อรายการวิทยุชุมชนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) ปัญหาการจัดรายการวิทยุชุมชนดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเพศ อายุและอาชีพของประชาชนโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กับรายการวิทยุชุมชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the community radio broadcasting situation of the Radio Thailand, Buriram 2) to study the people satisfaction levels related to community radio 3) to study problems' situation of the community radio 4) the relationship of listeners types and their satisfaction on community radio programs. Population consisted of 52 officers, committees, village public relation volunteers, private academicians, and government officers. People listened to the Radio Thailand, Buriram (frequency 101.75.M.Hz) programs were 79,868 persons. Therefore, the total number of the population was 79,920 persons. The samples were selected through specific sampling method, and the results were 52 officers, committees, volunteers, academicians. The people who listened to the station were 429. Therefore, the total samples were 481. The data collection instrument was the self-development questionaires. The statistics used to analyze the data was consisted of Percentage, Means, Standard Deviation, and Pearson's Chi - Square. This research discovered 1) the community radio broadcasting situation was in an average level, 2) the people satisfaction level related to the community radio program was in an average, 3) problems' situation of the community radio program was in an average level, and 4) the whole relation between six, age, and occupation of people and the programs of community radio was at .01 statistical significant level
