การศึกษากระบวนการจัดประสบการณ์ตามหลักสูตรก่อนประถมศึกษาพุทธศักราช 2540 : กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนอนุบาลอำเภอ สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

จุดมุ่งหมายของการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ เพื่อการศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 23 คน และครูผู้สอนระดับก่อนประถมศึกษา 23 คน เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการจัดประสบการณ์ตามหลักสูตรก่อนประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2540 โรงเรียนอนุบาลอำเภอ สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 23 โรงเรียน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ในการเก็บข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t – test และ F – test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า โรงเรียนอนุบาลอำเภอ มีกระบวนการจัดประสบการณ์ตามหลักสูตรก่อนประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2540 ตามกรอบงานทั้ง 4 ด้านที่สำคัญดังนี้ 1) ขั้นเตรียมการมีการพิจารณาคัดเลือกครูที่มีความรู้ ประสบการณ์ด้านก่อนประถมศึกษาเพื่อสอนชั้นอนุบาลศึกษา 2) ขั้นการจัดประสบการณ์ได้ยึดเนื้อหาที่หลักสูตรกำหนด 3) ขั้นการประเมินพัฒนาการได้ยึดแนวการประเมินผลตามสภาพจริง 4)ขั้นปรับปรุงพัฒนา มีการนิเทศภายในและพัฒนาบุคลากรต่อเนื่อง ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนระดับก่อนประถมศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านในระดับมาก ยกเว้นด้านขั้นปรับปรุงพัฒนา ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของทั้งสองกลุ่ม พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีประสบการณ์การอบรมต่างกัน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในด้านขั้นการประเมินพัฒนาการ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนที่มีประสบการณ์การอบรมต่างกัน พบว่า ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this study were to study and compare the perceptions of 23 administrators and 23 pre – primary school teachers toward learning experience process in 23 district kindergarten school under Buriram Provincial Primary Office. The data were collected, via interview and questionnaire survey instrument, and analyzed statistically by using percentage, means, standard deviation, t – test, and F – test. The results of the study revealed that the learning experience process in 23 district kindergarten school were organized in 4 different aspects, namely, 1) preparation by recruiting well – experienced teachers, 2) curriculum – based learning experience process, 3) authentic learning experience evaluation, 4) internal supervision improvement and continuing staff development. By data analysis, it was found that the preparations of the administrators and teachers toward the learning experience process were at the high level except those toward the last aspect as mentioned above which were at the medium level. In compararision, the preparations of both groups toward all aspects of the learning experience process were not significantly different. It was also found that there was no significant difference in the perceptions among the administrators with different experiences. Nevertheless, the results of the study showed that their perceptions toward the learning experience evaluation aspect were significantly different at the 0.5 level. The teachers’ perceptions toward the learning experience process were not significantly different.
