ความคิดเห็นและความคาดหวังของผู้สนับสนุนการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาอำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นและความคาดหวังของผู้สนับสนุนการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาอำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยมุ่งศึกษาเนื้อหาของการวิจัย 6 งาน คือ 1) งานวิชาการ 2) งานกิจการนักเรียน 3) งานบุคลากร 4) งานธุรการ – การเงิน 5) งานอาคารสถานที่ และ 6) งานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน จำแนกตามเพศ สถานภาพอาชีพ และวุฒิการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้สนับสนุนการศึกษา จำนวน 240 คน ได้มาโดยทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling ) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test (Independent Sample) One – way Analysis of Variance และ Scheffe’s Method โดยกำหนดค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ความเห็นและความคาดหวังของผู้สนับสนุนการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้สนับสนุนการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จำแนกตามเพศ โดยภาพรวม มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า งานวิชาการ งานบุคลากร และงานธุรการ-การเงิน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. เปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้สนับสนุนการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จำแนกตามเพศ โดยภาพรวม มีความคาดหวังไม่แตกต่างกัน และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความคาดหวังไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้สนับสนุนการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา โดยรวม มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า งานวิชาการ และงานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5. เปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้สนับสนุนการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมมีความคาดหวังไม่แตกต่างกันและเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความคาดหวังไม่แตกต่างกัน 6. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้สนับสนุนการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาจำแนกตามสถานภาพอาชีพ โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อาชีพผู้นำท้องถิ่นมีความคิดเห็นด้านธุรการ-การเงินน้อยกว่าอาชีพรับราชการ 7. เปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้สนับสนุนการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาจำแนกตามสถานภาพอาชีพ โดยรวม แตกต่างกันและเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความคาดหวังไม่แตกต่างกัน ประเด็นสำคัญที่ได้จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้สนับสนุนการศึกษา ส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นและคาดหวังว่า อยากให้นักเรียนเป็นคนที่มีจิตใจดีงามควบคู่กับความรู้ด้านวิชาการโรงเรียนส่งเสริมในเรื่องของสุขภาพและอนามัยของนักเรียนเป็นอย่างดี โรงเรียนควรจัดสรรอัตรากำลังครูให้เพียงพอต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน การบริหารการเงิน และพัสดุ ควรมีความคล่องตัวและโปร่งใสตรวจสอบได้ ต้องการให้มีอาคารเรียนเพียงพอแก่ความต้องการของผู้เรียน นอกจากนี้ภายในบริเวณโรงเรียนควรมีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ร่มรื่นสะอาด สวยงามเหมาะแก่การเรียนรู้ ควรให้ครูกับชุมชนมีความสัมพันธ์กันให้มากขึ้น ให้ความร่วมมือช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนซึ่งกันและกันระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน

The objective of this research was to study the opinions and expectations of educational supporters towards the primary school administration in Lamplaimas District, Buriram Province. The study focused on 6 topics including 1) academic work, 2) students’ affairs, 3) personnel, 4) general affair-finance 5) building, and 6) the relationship between the school the school and community. The sex, career, and educational degree were taken into account. The sampling were 240 school supporters gained by stratified random sampling. The equipment for collecting the data were a questionnaire and an interview from. The statistics used in analyzing the data were the frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test (independent sample), one-way Analysis of Variance, and Scheffe’s Method. The statistical significance level was set at 0.05. The results of the research were below. 1. The general level of participants’ opinions and expectation towards the primary school administration was at a high level. Considering each item, it was found that the level of participants’ opinions and expectations was also at a high level. 2. Comparing the participants’ opinions by taking their sex into account, it was found that their opinions was were .05 statistical significance different level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the participants’ opinions were at .05 statistical significance different about the academic work, personnel, and general administration-finance. 3. The study found no differences after comparing the participants’ expectations by taking their sex into account both as the total aspect and as each issue. 4. Comparing the participants’ opinions by taking their education into account, it was found that their opinions were not statistical significance different, and when each aspect was considered, there was not different either. 5. The study found no differences after comparing the participants’ expectation, by taking their education into account both as the total aspects and as each issue. 6. The study found that the participants with different careers had different opinion at .05 statistical significance level. The political were less satisfied with general administration-finance than the governmental officials. 7. There were no statistical significant different at .05 level when the participant’s expectations were compared by taking their education into account both as a whole issues and as separate parts. The important points gained from this study was that mist of educational supporters wanted to see the students were good persons with good academic knowledge. The school strongly supported about the health of students. The school should recruit enough teachers to fit the school curriculum. The financial management should flow fast and be transparency. The participants wanted the schools to have sufficient buildings and inside the school should have the clean, shady and pleasant environment. The relation between the teachers and villagers should be enhanced because it would generate cooperation among them.
