บทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงและบทบาทตามความคาดหวังในการบริหารงาน วิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในทัศนะของผู้บริหารและครูสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบเกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงและบทบาทตามความคาดหวังในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในทัศนะของผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร 155 คน ครู 331 คน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 486 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงและบทบาทตามความคาดหวังในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มี 9 ด้าน คือ ด้านหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านวัสดุประกอบหลักสูตรและสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลการศึกษา ด้านห้องสมุด ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา ด้านการวางแผนงานวิชาการ ด้านการส่งเสริมการสอน ด้านการประชุม อบรมทางวิชาการ แบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า จำนวน 45 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.42 – 0.99 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้ค่า t-test (Independent Sample) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – way ANOVA) กำหนดค่าสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงและบทบาทตามความคาดหวังในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในทัศนะของผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมและรายได้ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายได้เกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนระหว่างทัศนะของผู้บริหารและครู ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายได้เกี่ยวกับบทบาทตามความคาดหวังในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในทัศนะของผู้บริหารและครู พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความแปรปรวนทางเดียวทั้งของผู้บริหารและครูพบว่า ทัศนะเกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมทุกด้านและรายได้ พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. ผลการเปรียบเทียบทัศนะของผู้บริหารและครูพบว่าทัศนะเกี่ยวกับบทบาทตามความคาดหวังในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมทุกด้านและรายได้ทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 6. ผลการปรียบเทียบทัศนะของทั้งผู้บริหารและครูพบว่าทัศนะเกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติจริงและบทบาทตามความคาดหวังในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนโดยภาพรวมทุกด้าน และรายได้ทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this study were to investigate and compare the actual and expected roles on the academic affairs administration of the school administrators as perceived by the administrators and teachers under the Office of Surin Educational Service Area Zone 3. The sample included 155 school administrators and 331 teachers to make the total number of 486 persons. The instruments for collecting data were the questionnaires about the expected roles on the academic affairs administration of the school administrators. They consisted of 9 aspects as following :the curriculum and the curriculum application, the teaching and learning processes, the curriculum documents and teaching materials, the educational measurement and evaluation, the library facilities, the educational supervision, the academic affairs planning, the instructional supports and the academic training. The type of questionnaires used were the rating scales consisted of a set of 45 items with the discrimination values between 0.42 – 0.99 and the reliability of 0.97. The basic statistical techniques employed were the percentage, and the mean, and standard deviation. The statistical techniques used for hypothesis testing were the t-test (Independent Sample) and the One – way ANOVA. The statistic significant was set at .05 level. It was found that : 1. The actual and expected roles on the academic affairs administration of the school administrators as perceived by the administrators and teachers under the Office of Surin Educational Service Area Zone 3 considering as an overall and each individual aspects of every items, except the educational measurement and evaluation and the library facilities were operated at high level. In which the items about the educational measurement and evaluation and the library facilities were operated at moderate level. 2. The comparison of the means, both as an overall and each individual aspects of the actual roles on the academic affairs administration of the school administrators as perceived by the administrators and teachers resulted that there were no difference. 3. The comparison of the means, both as an overall and each individual aspects, of the expected roles on the academic affairs administration of the school administrators as perceived by the administrators and teachers resulted that there were no differences. 4. The comparison of the actual roles on the academic affairs administration of the school administrators as perceived by the administrators and teachers between the schools of different sizes, both as an overall and each individual aspects, resulted that there were no differences. 5. The comparison of the expected roles on the academic affairs administration of the school administrators as perceived by the administrators and teachers between the schools of different sizes, both as an overall and each individual aspects, resulted that there were no differences. 6. The comparison of the opinions of the administrators and the teachers concerning the actual and expected roles on the academic affairs administration of the school administrators between the schools of different sizes, both as an overall and each individual aspects, resulted that there were no differences."
