ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส ทางการศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ที่มีระดับเงินเดือน ประสบการณ์บริหารและขนาดโรงเรียนต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชากรผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา จำนวน 441 คน โดยใช้เครื่องมือที่เป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 2 ลักษณะ คือ แบบสำรวจรายการ (Check List) และแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) แบบสอบถามมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 4.11 – 8.86 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.95 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนการทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – way ANOVA) และเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของ เชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’ s Method) กำหนดค่าทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษามีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยรวมและรายด้าน 4 ด้าน คือ นโยบายและการบริหารการปกครองบังคับบัญชา เงินเดือนและประโยชน์เกื้อกูล และสภาพการทำงานส่วนอีก 6 ด้าน คือ ความก้าวหน้าในหน้าที่การทำงาน ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะของงาน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล และการยอมรับนับถือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก 1.1 ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีเงินเดือนต่ำกว่า 16,800 บาท และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีระดับเงินเดือนระหว่าง 16,800 – 20,640 บาท มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีระดับเงินเดือนสูงกว่า 20,640 บาท มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมาก 1.2 ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีประสบการณ์น้อยกว่า 6 ปี และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีประสบการณ์ 6 – 10 ปี มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 10 ปี มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมาก 1.3 ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน 2.1 ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีระดับเงินเดือนสูงกว่า 20,640 บาท มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างจากผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีระดับเงินเดือนต่ำกว่า 16,800 บาท และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีระดับเงินเดือน 16,800 – 20,640 บาท อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2.2 ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีประสบการณ์บริหารโรงเรียนน้อยกว่า 6 ปี ประสบการณ์ 6 – 10 ปี และประสบการณ์มากกว่า 10 ปี มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.3 ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างจากผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดกลางและขนาดเล็ก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างจากผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purpose of this research study was to investigate and to compare how administrators differ in job satisfaction according to their salary, years of administrative experience and sized of school. The participants were 441 administrators of education opportunity school. There administrators were asked to rate their degrees of job satisfaction on a five – point scale questionnaire. The reliability of this research instrument is 0.95. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one – way analysis of variance (one – way ANOVA) Results of this study can be concluded as follows. 1. The administrators showed a moderate degree of satisfaction with the whole and 4 facets of job satisfaction; policy and administration, supervision, salary, and working conditions, while they showed a high degree of satisfaction in 6 facets of job satisfaction; advancement, responsibility, work itself, interpersonal relations, and recognition. 1.1 The administrators who earn less than 16,800 baht and those who earn 16,800 – 20,400 baht showed a moderate degree of job satisfaction, but in general the administrators who earn more than 20,640 baht showed a high degree of job satisfaction. 1.2 Focusing on the years of administrative experience, the Administrators who have 6 –10 years of experience showed a moderate degree of job satisfaction, while the administrators who have mire than 10 years of experience showed a high degree of satisfaction. 1.3 Relating the size of school. The administrators of small and medium sizes of schools showed a moderate degree of satisfaction, while the administrators of a large size of school showed a school showed a high degree of satisfaction. 2. Comparing the degrees of job satisfaction, the findings can be concluded as follows. 2.1 The administrators who earn more than 20,640 baht showed a different degree of satisfaction from those who earn less than 16,800 baht and who earn 16,800 – 20,640 baht. The difference in job satisfaction among administrators who have less than 6 year, and more then 10 years of administrative experience. 2.3 The administrators of a large size of school showed a different degree of satisfaction from those of medium and small sizes of schools. The administrators of medium size of schools showed a different degree of satisfaction with the whole and each facets of job satisfaction from those of small size of schools. These differences are statistically significant at .05 level.
