Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง คุณลักษณะของคณะกรรมการความสามรถของคณะกรรมการ การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิก และการสนับสนุนจากองค์กรภายนอก กับศักยภาพของเครือข่ายกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตบ้านม่วงหวาน – โคกเจริญ ตำบลจันดุม อำเภอพลับพลาชัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างศักยภาพของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตด้านเศรษฐกิจกับสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์ บ้านม่วงหวาน-โคกเจริญ ตำบลจันดุม อำเภอพลับพลาชัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาคือคณะกรรมการบริหารกลุ่ม และสมาชิกกลุ่มใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณเป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient Analysis) ผลการศึกษา มีดังต่อไปนี้ 1) คุณลักษณะของคณะกรรมการมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง กับศักยภาพของเครือข่ายกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตด้านเศรษฐกิจ ในด้านระดับเงินออม รายได้สมาชิก การส่งเสริมการพัฒนาอาชีพ และการพึ่งพาตนเองทางเศรษฐกิจ ความสามารถของคณะกรรมการ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง กับศักยภาพของเครือข่ายกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตด้านเศรษฐกิจ ระดับเงินออม การพึ่งพาตนเองทางเศรษฐกิจ และการขยายกิจกรรม การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับศักยภาพของเครือข่ายกลุ่มออมทรัพย์ และการสนับสนุนจากองค์กรภายนอกมีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับศักยภาพของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตทางเศรษฐกิจ ด้านรายได้สมาชิก และศักยภาพของเครือข่ายกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมด้านการมีสวัสดิการที่ดีของสมาชิกในกลุ่ม 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างด้านเศรษฐกิจกับศักยภาพการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม พบว่า ด้านเศรษฐกิจมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก ในระดับปานกลางกับระดับเงินออม รายได้สมาชิก การพึ่งตนเองทางเศรษฐกิจ การขยายกิจกรรม ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม การเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ความสามัคคีและความช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน ระดับเงินออมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับมากกับรายได้สมาชิก การพึ่งพาตนเองทางเศรษฐกิจ การขยายกิจกรรม ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม การเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ความช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน ทุนดำเนินการ และความสามัคคี รายได้สมาชิกมีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาอาชีพ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม การเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่องและความช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน การส่งเสริมพัฒนาอาชีพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการพึ่งพาตนเอง ด้านเศรษฐกิจ การขยายกิจกรรม ทุนดำเนินงาน ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม การมีสวัสดิการที่ดี การเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่องและความสามัคคี การพึ่งพาตนเองทางเศรษฐกิจ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการขยายกิจกรรม ทุนดำเนินการด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม การมีสวัสดิการที่ดี การเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ความสามัคคีและความช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน การขยายกิจกรรมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับมากกับด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม การเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และความช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับมากกับการเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ความสามัคคี และความช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน การเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่องมีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกกับการช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกันในระดับมาก และความสามัคคีมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับมากกับความช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน

The Purpose of this research were to study the relationship among the characteristics and efficiency of the committee, the participation of member, and the support from outside organizations with the potential of saving group for production networks, Muangwan – Kokjareon, Jandum, Plabplachai, Buriram; and to study the relationship between the potential of the saving group for the economic production with society and culture. The samples of this study included the executive committee and members of the group who were drawn by simple random sampling. A questionnaire was the research instrument used to collect the qualitative and quantitative data. Basic statistical analysis such as percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient analysis were used to analyze the data. The researcher obtained the following results. 1) The characteristics of the committee had a moderate positive relationship with the potential of the saving group networks, the level of members’ saving money, promoting career development and self – supporting in economics. The efficiency of the committee exhibited a moderate positive relationship with the potential of the group of people in economics, saving money level, self – supporting in economics and business expansion. The participation of the members did not show a relationship with the potential of networks of the Saving group and the level of support from outside organization had positive moderate level with the potential of the saving group, the income of the committee, potential of the networks, society and culture focusing on providing good support for member’s living. 2) For the relationship between economics and working potential of the saving group in society and culture, the results showed that economics had a moderate positive relationship among money saving level, members’ income, expansion of activities, the economics of self-support, society and culture, continuous learning, group unity and willingness to help each other. The level of money saving had a high positive relationship among members’ income, economics self-support, expansion of activities, society and culture, continuous learning, helping each other, budget for operation, and unity. The members’ income had a moderate positive relationship with supporting career development, society and culture, continuous learning and willingness toward helping each other. Support for career development had a moderate positive relationship with self-supporting economics, expansions of activities, budget for operation, society and culture, providing good support, continuous learning, and unity. Promoting each other . Support for career development had a moderate positive relationship with self-supporting economics, expansions of activities, budget for operation, society and culture, providing good support, continuous learning, and unity. Promoting each other in economics had moderate positive with career expansion, budget, society and culture, providing good life – support, continuous learning, unity, and helping each other. Activities expansion had a high positive relationship with social and cultural issues, continuous learning, and helping each other, Social and culture issues demonstrated a high positive relationship with continuous learning, unity, helping and sharing with each other. Continuous learning had a high positive relationship with helping and sharing. Moreover, the unity demonstrated a high positive relationship with helping and sharing.
