ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการฝ่ายงานแพทย์แผนไทยโรงพยาบาลสตึก อำเภอสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของประชากรต่อการให้บริการฝ่ายงานแพทย์แผนไทยโรงพยาบาลสตึก อำเภอสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ใน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านสถานที่ ด้านบุคลากร และด้านการจัดบริการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชากรที่มารับบริการฝ่ายงานแพทย์แผนไทยโรงพยาบาล อำเภอสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ในช่วงเดือนพฤษภาคม – เดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ.2556 โดยได้เลือกจากประชากรโดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น โควตาจำนวน 90 คนแล้วทำการเลือกแบบบังเอิญเพื่อให้ได้ตามจำนวน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะคือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.7650 สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจับพบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการฝ่ายงานแผนไทยโรงพยาบาลสตึก อำเภอสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน โดยเรียงลำดับจากด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงไปหาต่ำ คือ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านสถานที่ และด้านการจัดบริการ ตามลำดับ 2. ความเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะแนะอื่นๆ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คือ ควรเพิ่มวัน เวลาในการจัดบริการ โดยเฉพาะวัดหยุดราชการ และนอกเวลาราชการ รองลงมา คือ ผู้ให้บริการมีจำนวนน้อย มีไม่เพียงพอต่อผู้รับบริการ และผู้รับบริการต้องการความเป็นสัดส่วน โดยการแยกสถานที่บริการของ ชาย – หญิง ตามลำดับ The purpose of this study was to investigate the people’s opinions toward the service providing of Thai traditional medicine section in Satuk Hospital, Satuk District, Buriram Province in 3 aspects: building, personnel, and service management. The samples were 90 people who came to get the services during May-June 2013, selected b\y quota sampling, and accidental sampling, respectively. The instrument was a 3-part questionnaire including check list, 5-ration scale, and open-ended from with its reliability at 0.7650. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings were as follows : 1.The people’s opinions toward the service providing of Thai traditional medicine section in Satuk Hospital, Satuk District, Buriram province both as a whole and each aspect were at high levels. The rankings from the highest to the lowest mean scores were personnel, building, and service management, respectively. 2. The additional opnions and suggestions with the highest percentages were the day and and time in service management should be added especially both working and holiday hours, followed by most of service providers are not enough to the service receivers, and service receivers are needed the proportion by separation service building as for men and women, respectively.
