ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานของเทศบาลตำบลหนองบัววง อำเภอลำทะเมนชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานของเทศบาลตำบลบัววง อำเภอลำทะเมนชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ใน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านสวัสดิการสังคม ด้านการเมืองการบริหารและด้านการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากกาารสุ่มจากประชากร โดยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 331 คน แล้วทำการสุ่มให้กระจายไปยังหมู่บ้านต่างๆ ตามสัดส่วนโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่อมือทีใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะ คือแบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และปบบปลายเปิด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.9525 สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานของเทศบาลตำบลหนองบัววง อำเภอลำทะเมนยชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเช่นกัน โดยเรียงลำดับจากด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงไปหาต่ำได้ดังนี้ ด้านการเมืองการบริหาร ด้านสวัสดิการสังคม และด้านการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสังคม ตามลำดับ 2. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่นๆ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คือ ควรมีการรณรงค์เกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและให้ประชาชนทราบถึงคุณและโทษของการบริโภคอาหารแต่ละประเภท รองลงมา คือ ควรส่งเสริมและดูแลประชาชนป้องกันโรคให้ทั่วถึงและสม่ำเสมอ และควรให้มีเวรยามรักษาความปลอดภัย ตามลำดับ The purpose of this research was to investigate the people’s opinions towards the operation of Bua Wong Subdistrict Municipality in Lanthamanchai District, Nakhonratchasima Province in 3 aspects: social welfare, political administration, and natural resource and environment management. The samples were 331 people, selected by using the Table of Krejcie &Morgan, and simple random sampling, respectively. The research instrument used for collecting the data was a 3-part questionnaire, including check list, 5-rating scale, and open-ended form with its reliability at 0.9525. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings were as follows: 1. The people’s opinions towards the operation of Bua Wong Subdistrict Municipality in Lanthamanchai District, Nakhonratchasima Province both as a whole and at each aspect were at “moderate” levels. The rankings from the highest to the lowest mean scores were political administration, social welfare, and natural resource and environment management,respectively. 2. The additional opinions and suggestions with the highest percentages were that the campaign about health promotion should be operated for people to know the advantages and disadvantages of each kind of food consuming, followed by the diseases prevention should be promoted and taken care of people thoroughly and continuously, and the turning safety duty should be managed, respectively.
