ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานพนักงานสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ อำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานพนักงานสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ อำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ใน 4 ด้าน คือด้านความสามารถใน การวางแผน ด้านความรู้ ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า และด้านความสามารถในการให้บริการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ พนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยสายสนับสนุนที่ปฏิบัติงานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 216 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะ คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.8054สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานพนักงานสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ อำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความสามารถในการวางแผนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับมากโดยเรียงลำดับจากด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความสามารถในการให้บริการ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่าส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านความสามารถในการวางแผน ตามลำดับ 2. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่น ๆ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คือ ไม่ควรมีขั้นตอนระเบียบในการปฏิบัติงานหลายขั้นตอนเกินไป ทำให้การปฏิบัติงานล่าช้า รองลงมาคือ ควรจัดภาระ หน้าที่ในแต่ละหน่วยงานให้สอดคล้องกับจำนวนผู้ปฏิบัติงานและควรให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานด้านนั้นและมอบหมายงานให้ตรงกับความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านที่รับผิดชอบ

The objective of this study was to examine performance efficiency of non-academic personnel at BuriramRajabhat University, MuangBuriram district, Buriram province according to the four aspects which included planning ability, knowledge and performance ability, effectiveutilizabilityof resources and service capability. The samples were 216 non-academic personnel who have been working at BuriramRajabhat University for more than one year. The data were collected by using a questionnaire which consisted of three parts: Checklist, 5-rating scale and open-ended with the reliability level of 0.8054. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results revealed that: 1. Performance efficiency of non-academic personnel at BuriramRajabhat University, MuangBuriram district, Buriram province was at a high level in overall aspect. When considering in each aspect, it was found that planning ability was at a moderate level, while the others were at a high level. The highest mean score was service capability, followed byeffective utilizabilityof resources, while the lowest mean score was planning ability respectively. 2. Other comment and suggestion that were most found were that there should not be too many procedures and regulations in work performance because it may cause a delay in performance, followed by the fact that the duties should be organized in accordance with the number of the employees and that the employees should know how to accomplish the task or be specialized in doing the assigned task, respectively.
