แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการบริหารจัดการศึกษาโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการหลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะสำหรับพนักงานสนามบินบุรีรัมย์ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะและนวัตกรรมสำหรับพนักงานที่สนามบินบุรีรัมย์ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจกับหลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะที่ออกแบบและนวัตกรรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นสำหรับพนักงานของสนามบินบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นพนักงานของสนามบินบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 40 คนซึ่งประกอบด้วยข้าราชการ 5 คน พนักงานราชการ 5 คน พนักงานประจำ 10 คน และพนักงานชั่วคราว 20 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เข้าร่วมการสนทนากลุ่มนั้นประกอบด้วยข้าราชการ 2 คน พนักงานราชการ 2 คนพนักงานประจำ 4 คน และพนักงานชั่วคราว 7 คน รวมเป็น 15 คนซึ่งเลือกมาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ตอบแบบสอบถาม 40 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม และการสนทนากลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความต้องการพัฒนาทักษะการพูดและการฟังมากกว่าทักษะการอ่านและการเขียน ต้องการศึกษาทั้งคำศัพท์/บทสนทนาทั่วไปและคำศัพท์/บทสนทนาเกี่ยวกับการบริการและการบิน 2. นวัตกรรมที่เหมาะสมที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการคือคู่มือและวิดีโอ และหลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะที่ออกแบบสำหรับพนักงานของสนามบินบุรีรัมย์ประกอบด้วย 11 หัวข้อ 3. ความพึงพอใจของเจ้าหน้าที่ต่อนวัตกรรมภาษาอังกฤษโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงมากที่ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.49 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อการออกแบบคู่มือในระดับสูงมากที่สุดที่ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.52 และด้านเนื้อหาภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับสูงมากที่ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.48

The purposes of this research were 1) to analyze English for Specific Purposes (ESP) needed by the staff of Buriram Airport,2) to develop the English for Specific Purposes (ESP) course and the innovation for the staff of Buriram Airport, and 3) to investigate their satisfaction with the designed English for Specific Purposes (ESP) course and the innovation developed for the staff of Buriram Airport. The samples consisted of 40 staff of Buriram Airport, including five bureaucrats, five bureaucrat employees, 10 permanent employees, and 20 temporary employees. In addition, 15 representatives of 40 samples, including two bureaucrats, two bureaucrat employees, four permanent employees, and seven temporary employees were purposively selected for a focus group discussion. The research instruments consisted of a questionnaire and a focus group discussion. The descriptive statistics for analyzing the quantitative data were percentage, mean and standard deviation while the content analysis was conducted for analyzing the qualitative data. The research findings revealed that: 1. The samples needed to develop speaking and listening skills much more than reading and writing skills. They needed to study both the general terms and specific terms as well as both general conversations and specific conversations used in service and aviation aspects. 2. Two appropriate innovations which were manual and video were needed by the samples. The ESP course designed for the staff of Buriram Airport consisted of 11 topics. 3. The overall satisfaction of the staff on English language innovation was at a high level at an average of 4.49. When considering in each aspect, it was found that the sample group had the highest level of satisfaction with the manual design at an average of 4.52 and also the aspect of English content received a very high satisfaction level at the average of 4.48.
